Plows only have 100hp

i'm not really believing this tbqh, i've got a couple lws that use plows and the plows are able to take serveral direct hits from bots like mini maced before getting knocked off. if they were so weak they should be knocked off in one hit.

i would put a weapon rack on this bot and make a dual spinner.

I'm not exactly sure but it seems like plows get damaged most from blows that hit the side of the plow and they seem to be able to take a lot of hits head on.

Plows are usually filler/armor
Though it would have ben interesting if they were programmed like the ram plates, where you earn points regardless of where you hit something with it.

makes sense since it should be easier to tear off a plow from the side than head on.... but i'm not sure if it's possible to make a component like that.

I think there may be some kind of effect from wrenching a component away (Like hitting the side of a plow). I remember back in the days where Caterpillar 3 (or 4 or whatever, its buried in my stock showcase somewhere) was my best HW, and it would get BEAR's arms caught in the legs (it was a crawler with ramplates on extenders) and rip them off without gaining any points.

(Image removed from quote.)

is it invertible? if anything you might want to figure out a way to put 2 plows in the front, just incase.

wait...what are the snappers for? one for the ztek and the other for the plow? or is there another ztek there and i just dont see it.

Mkay. so you see how the front of the bot is the shape it is, flat and straight. thats so the plow cant protect the whole front of it, and so you can use an anchor, put an extender on it, and slap a plow on there, no need for using a snapper for a plow. so since you dont have to use a snapper to put a plow on, you can put on another ztek, therefor adding more power. the only bad thing about that is you wont be able to put 6 weapons on each tribar, only 3. and they will have to be razors. not to bad, atleast it gives you more power, and quicker way to destroy the other bot. and always try to stick batteries as close between your drive motors as you can like it is in that pic, it saves more space so you can put other things onto your bot. the reason i put the drive in the front of the bot is because  it gives it more traction, since most of the weight is going to be in the front of the bot. then just adjust the snapper II's to where the zteks overlap each other like in the picture. and finally make sure  your bot is invertible incase you get flipped over. and now your good to go! :D

if you have any questions and what not, your welcome to pm me and ill be glad to help

I'd use a green snapper as opposed to the blue one, you can mount it much lower down in the bot, and not have it sticking out the top like there. Also, with the right extender work, and burst loading, you could have 2 HP Z-Teks on one snapper2. And you could, if you've got the weight left over, have the 6 razors on each tribar.

yeah, but i just wanted to give him something easy to start out with, then get into all that stuff later when he gets better at building HS's
