Ah. I first axle loaded the T connector for the weapon motors, then attached the angler for the plow. I attached a RAD first to that angler and axle loaded it out again. While loaded, I hovered an extender and spun the RAD again, leaving the extender in space. I replaced the RAD with a plow and attached the mace to the extender.

Yay bump.

Couldn't stack the CB in the double batts for my clone of Inf's Silver Bullet 2, so I'll post an old bot.

Well, not really old. Impulse 3. Built it just after Impulse 2 was done. For some reason, it has a nasty tendency to scoop up non-wedged bots Tidal Wave-style even if the spinners are high.

One who guesses the setup correctly gets a virtual cookie (it's quite simple anyway :P). :D

You could. It just takes some determination (for stacking stuff) and a crafty mind. I usually build a clone first, then build a new bot inspired from it. :D

The plow is attached from the back of the snapper 2, and then there's an extender with a T-Connector attached to the end of it, getting the drive on. I'm just guessing you got the weapon RADS somewhere in the extender work of the drive.

@ 40757 - Heh. Nope. Clue: Check out how my drive is attached (and it doesn't use T connectors). The plow's too easy. :D

@ Reier - I tried that already for the earlier Impulses, but it can only scoot when inverted, not driveable at all. If I can get the height right, I could've inserted a mace coming out of the front. :D

Yay DP (again)

After seeing how awesome Silver Bullet 2 and WarMachine are, I decided to make my own uber-stacked rammer. So here's Crankshaft:

26 (or 24?) axes and 2 razors, I think. 16 of them are attached through the 2 snappers. The other 10 (or 8?) and the razors are attached via 2 free axles. The last pic was just a little experiment. Since SC showed his vid of WM 1HKO-ing Anti-Epic, I figured I want to try my own. Took some time to aim well, though. XD

wow, nice. One thing you should really do is make the axes look symmetrical. it looks really messy the way you have it. Since the axes are on a snapper it's really not that hard to do.

And the axes on the snapper are already crisscrossed. Now I've just thought of a way to make the axes on the axles symmetrical. >.<

I tried to swap the positions of the blacks and the snappers, but for some reason the extenders get ripped to early (even Tidal Wave did it x_x).

Oh well, it'll have to do (the axes don't scrape the ground anyway and I'm too lazy to fix it). Expect a clamp bot soon.

you never know, Pysc has pretty much free range of attaching anything he wants because he is good at stacking.

@ Reier - Nope. For some reason it didn't even flash red when it was at its peak. So I took advantage of it. Probably because I made my chassis as low as possible (3 pixels if I could remember).

@40757 - You mean the anglers on the free axles? That was the only setup I thought of to make the axes the same position as the ones on the snappers.

Still couldn't stack the batt for the clamp bot. >.<

Sometimes I find that replacing the first battery (as in, take it out, put in another black in its place) can help with stacking.

Here's one of my RAW 2 entries, Hyperboloid:

Again, I wanted to enter something a bit unique for every tournament. It's basically Hyperbola with the tightest chassis possible (no slopes) with lower drive to try to take advantage of the wedge enhancements. It also has irons on the wedges, which act as backup when uber-HSes take the razors away. Too bad the wedges are only as good as Epic Jr.'s. Since I couldn't take out Fury, I decided to take out Hurricane instead. Beats Vox and Death Trap, too (but not Death Warrant D:). Aside from not being self-rightable (can get back to its feet when on its side, though), any bot with a better wedge that can take out that crucial T connector will be its downfall.

Expect Hyperboloid's partner and the clamp bot prototype soon. :D
