Is it possible to make a symmetrical one using one snapper?

Yes. Here are my first atempt at a Pure HS:

If it wasn't for the fact that it got serious problems with AGOD I would have put some more time in it and tried to make it better. Other than that I'm quite happy building a Pure HS on one snapper without looking on someone else first. I might try to build a working HS sometime, but it's hard to make one without making a copy of some other bot.

Thank you Somebody.

Here is my 2nd try at a HS.
It is Invertible, got 2 blacks and DSA. Tho I still got a problem with AGOD sh**ting all over me. Is this normal when building HSs? Any tips on how to avoid it? (Paused the game when going in Garage) Or is it only if you try to stack everyting on one component?

It is a Linear Actuator for those who wonder.

Here is a pic of how it's put together:

Just extend and Retract to put on the HP-ZTeks.
Forgot to crop it :S

nice you can get rid of the air tank since you don't need it to move the actuator in the bot lab.

No, but you do need it to move the actuator in the fight, which I belive is more important.

Why would you move the actuator in a fight? What does that do?

Sorry for the DP, but you should know this isn't a one snapper pure HS. Put the drive on the snapper, then it will be. It's easy putting 4 motors on one snapper, but then you have to get the drive in there too... and invertibility is much, much harder as well.

In the start of the fight the weapons is on the left of the actuator.

So a Pure HS MUST have the drive HPs on the snapper? It won't make any difference apart from making the drive motors more likeliy to get knocked off (maybe some weight). It will be easy to do (a T-conector on the end of one of the extenders), but I'm not going to do it as it's not working anyways. And that design's only chanse of going invertible is with slims.

Since when do you have to put the drive on the snapper? I mean that's all I've seen, but just because it's lighter. I think Og's version is quite original by HS standards.

Time to showcase my first working HS:

I first made it with only one servo piston, but because of AGOD I had to remake it with two. It's not as good as other HS's, but at least it's working (cheers). Not invertible, but I've been able to drive it upside down when it's damaged.
-2 blacks
-DSA
Can't think of anything else useful to say about a HS.

Not bad. Original, but a shame you have to use those actuators to make it original.
