I likeeee it. The problem is that when you don't burst the motors they actually spin way slower than you think they would.

It has more than it's fair share of problems against popups and anything else that relies on box rushing because of how slowly the motors spin. Seems to do really well against other HS though, but that might just be the weapon setup.

it was a completely different type of VS. not built as a gutripper, but built as a power-focused VS.

literally the only things that are similar is that they both have vertical spinning weapons, both have a flipper element and both have 4 wedges.

As true as that may be, I was told that I had to make a VS/Flipper hybrid that wasn't generic (as if VS/flipper hybrids are generic to begin with), and as far as I know it fulfills those requirements. Just because the weapon isn't a tribar attached to chained HPZ's doesn't mean it's not a VS. I probably should change the Z-teks to HPZ's and get rid of the filler extenders though.

That's kind of the point of a rebuild. No offense, but TtM aged like milk and I wanted to turn it into a design that could competently fight.

Welp, my VS + flipper didn't even face sage in the brackets. But the flipper on it sucked, so I make it into a VS + popup hybrid instead.



Still has DSA. Wedges up front are the same.

BW popup.


Plastic.

MW popup also a ripoff of GK's bot

MW Flipbot. Has some cool BA+snapper stacks on it.

Better than the flipper. It actually does damage and doesn't lose wedge wars on me.

Honestly, I should have done a flipper setup like the MW flipper I just posted instead of what was going on with Tribute to Whatever. I don't think the old small wedge + blade flippers won me a single fight during the tourney.

Pleased to hear it has more synergy. The flipper just kept getting in the way of the VS before I changed its AI.

Fairly standard MW popup. Wedges aren't too good, but it's primarily better at taking out HS than anything. DSA.



LW VS. Don't see too many VS with 3 stabilizers so I decided to make one. It does alright. Plastic. I know that it's possible for me to get an HPZ on by shortening those 40cm extenders to 20cm, but it sucks against anything when I do that.



MW hammer with ice picks. Surprisingly, it's not too bad. The ice picks actually do decent damage for having such horrible normals.

Bonus points if you can guess which stock bots these are rebuilds of.
