Also, if you're having a hard time putting those spikes on the extenders, the pause technique helps a lot.

You see a button on the top right of your keyboard which says 'pause' and then 'break' underneath? You press that and it pauses everything. Press it again and everything unpauses but this time you should be able to attach the spikes, if you couldn't before.

I've never actually used it before but I think thats the idea.

Weidro, not quite.
On my Spearhead I did it so that I attached the first extenders directly, then I fired the pistons and paused when they were at their longest, then hovered the next extender in the place, unpased and then attached. Then just repeated that as many times as needed.

Yeah, about the replica thing... A few things.

-Dont bother with the Nifty/Pink battery combo. Its rubbish. Go for stacked blacks, its more space efficient and power efficient.
-Shiny Hubs PLEASE
-Use HP Z-Teks. Theyre much better than regular Z teks.
-What are the exenders coming out the back of the bot for? Invertability?
-Im sure you could lower the chassis and put some of the components in front of where the battery sits...

(If you guys want to completely disregard what ive said here because im new, go for it, but ive watched k3 build many a bot, im just not that good at building :/)

Atually yoshi, it's not that your advice was bad, but he was building a replica, so the effectiveness doesn't matter. However, if he ccan build an effective replica that would be cool.

They act like rollbars. Basicly if I get flipped then I dont park on my butt. Sadly I no longer have these bots.

you need more weapons on less pistons. use 2 or 4 pistons and extenders to mount more weapons to each. side connection points make great weapon racks.
