Look LRA2, nearly EVERYONE here but YOU does know that DSA is stronger than steel and for the same chassis is stronger.

If you fought with a sloped wedge-like chassis it is different though, since it deflects hits.

A hit won't cause the same exact damage every singe time it hits. Difference of speed, angle, amount of weapon surface hit, etc all come into play.

well, that weapon looks to high and short to do anything, I can't see any masiv hits, if you wanna stay with the circular design, then add more irons to it. I'll let them handle the rest.
