Guts Man could be a Beta Flipper, something like Epic Flying is Epic, Redstone Watch or Ultra Bulldozer from Clash of the Titans.

Metal Man could be something along the lines of Gammaraze 3 from RA Reincarnated.

Needle Man could be something like Eye-Stabber as an invertable poker/rammer hybrid, albiet with moar spikes.

Some early suggestions.

DANG IT GTM! Gutsman is going to be a giant blocky SHW:

RA Reincarnated.
Explain.

The AW for this team might end up being a Mettaur. Just for laughs.

Fireman V2 preforms a lot better, mostly because it was a total re-build:

And for the record, I want to try and use as little cheat-parts as possible.
.....Then again, you cant make a Fireman robot without actually having it shoot fire.
So, yea..

I have yet to properly skin it.
If I ever stop being lazy

Fireman hardly ever has to actually damage its opponent, as the flamethrowers just tear apart the insides and/or the HP-Bar.
Gotta' love flamethrowers

Looks good, but use rubbers instead of grannies, use razors instead of irons, and try to get a DDT wedge on there

I like your bots though J, just cause they make me laugh (not in a bad way) XD
(That means stuff like the cake bot thingy)

Grannies could work. I usually use rubber wheels mostly because they are tall enough to offer invertability.
Also, razors are shorter then the irons, and wouldn't really hit half the time. And even if I put them on more extenders, which would equal 9 weight each, I might as well just stick with irons O,o

Also, why use a DDT for the middle wedge, when its current motor works just fine.
(No really... it just has to be able to get under stuff)

Apparently I'm good at that xD

Blue snapper wedges generally aren't very good

Cutman Re-build attempt #1:

I felt like going with a Side-Hammer approach for this one.
Also, I was trying to make it like one of ACAMS' Cleaning Service bots.
...Even though I'm pretty sure the original used different motors.

Suggestions on how I should build this?

Well, for one thing it needs a wedge.  You can probably fit a Snapper 2 in between the baseplate anchor and the batteries.

For two things it should have a weapon rack in front instead of a plow, because side hammers struggle with having enough weapons and it's important to armor the front.

For three things there should be some razors on the DDTs.

And for four things, you could make full use of those Snapper II's and put the drive on the other attach point and then shrink the chassis.

Actually the above posted robot is a sort of work in progress thing.

For two things it should have a weapon rack in front instead of a plow, because side hammers struggle with having enough weapons and it's important to armor the front.
Load the front full of spikes. I'll be sure to remember that.

For three things there should be some razors on the DDTs.
I originally had a bunch of razors on the side DDTs, but the DDT on the Snapper was 'sagging' to the floor.
Any idea on how to fix this?

And for four things, you could make full use of those Snapper II's and put the drive on the other attach point and then shrink the chassis.
Again, this design is still a prototype.
But I do always like the idea of mounting the drive off something.

Win name, but not the same for the bot itself.

It's really not bad! Just sucky weapons and empty space. Nice drive setup and all that
