The problem is less of stability and more of not flipping over due to gyroscopic forces while moving. It's quite litterally too fast for and LW, and as such the cassis moves around the weapon, like that gyrobot.

Am I the only one who loves to recycle Chassi?

Clonecams. I named it because I based it off a LW Dual VS ACAMS had in a tournament before I joined. I saw it on YT, and it was cool.

DSA
Need a way to stop the thing being useless. I have no ideas for the balance, so any ideas???

Use a caster and a RAD instead of a snapper and the first HPZ (makes it spin faster from my experiences), which should save enough weight for some stabilizers AND MOAR WEAPONS

First advice, dont listen to the bumbling idiot above me.

For the chained one, defeintely get rid of the snapper and use a baseplate. Then work with the chassis shape. Making it wider/pointier somewhere for stability would be a good idea for fixing the tippiness.

The second one is just meh...

One of the first HW bots I've made that rached the Weight limit when I was mostly finished, and not finished at about 600KG.

It needs a wedge if you're going to put the razors and top plow into use.

If not, you should probably ditch those in favor of more plows up front.

They are there because the main weapo is angled. The general force of being knocked by flails is enough to feel bots up into the top, but I'm mainly relying on the flail weapons.

that y connector seems really exposed, if a bot like RPB or some poker were to get at it, the entire fronal defence would fall off
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

So that flail HS sends bot on top of it, where it juggles them, by the sheer force of the flails ? Seems improbable at best.

I'd say it needs a wedge no matter what.  Wedges are always a good thing to have.

Cool weapon though.  Flails aren't often seen in stock.

Behold.

It's the illigitimate child of Heaven's Sawmill and Alien Queen.

I made it in about an hour, the hard part was the Irons and stuff. It drifts to the left, and that was before I castered it. Doesn't self right, it's chained.

I think it's good enough for the Stock circut, which is kinda funny considering my last 3 bots had more time spent on it than this thing.

(If MLPwnies starts up, you'll see a massive gamble of a bot design.)

I read "castered" as "castrated" at first.

You may want to sacrifice an iron or two per disc to get discs that are larger in diameter. This will increase the tip speed of your spikes as well as give you a little longer reach.

But before that, find a better drive setup first. Those casters wouldn't be able to protect that 40cm and T connector from 3 bursted razors.

K did some work on Lozenge.

I'm just annoyed that I can't figure out this bot design I have.

It's simple, really. 2 HPZ, 6 razor, RAD drive, nifty power and a snapper II.

It should logically be capable of being built, but I don't really want to go into Hax mode for a proof of concept bot.

30kg of weight to spend on the chassis and extenders, I have a ~26.4 KG DSA chassi. Should I go plastic for more leniency on extenders?

Hey I hear there is a stock tourney happening.

It drifts a little to the right, but it's okay because the damn thing hits stuff like a MW popup.

It doesn't drift upside down.

Smaller Chassis and less weight potential.

Why not just use 2 baseplate anchors for the drive? It would be much lighter.
