Here's the bot file: https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/Codex.zip

Mr. Awsumsauce: Nope.

Hercules: Of course.

Geice: <3

090901: <3

Sage: Only with other wedged bots sometimes, or anything with a skinny front for that matter (for example, a chassis wedge by itself, but an HS wouldn't).

Virus Bomb: Probably.

Clickbeetle: The wedge works pretty well in head on collisions, but it usually prevents Codex from getting under the other bot again when dancing with it. It would probably work better during dancing if I shortened the wedge, but that in turn would hurt its wedgieness.

Good to see a good builder back.
Bot looks good, but the setup you have in terms of weapons looks best for killing wedges and a single wedge setup isn't so great at enhancing that from my experience.

I'm thinking of giving it two wedges at the expense of the front weapon rack. The weapon rack isn't really doing it for me when I could benefit more from the two wedges. Just theory-crafting, nothing set in stone yet.

Upside-down plows aren't as tall as rightside-up.

I can't believe it's been two years since I've last built an HS.

Anyway, this won't lose to another HS very often. Wedged bots work the best against it. I've always wanted somebody to guess the extender setup of one of my bots, so anybody that guesses it right gets an imaginary high five.

My guess is RAD drive, Nifty, Snapper II with the secret AP facing the front, which is where the weapon system is mounted. The snapper arm is facing down with a sideways 20cm rotated to face the front. A 20cm's mounted above it to hold the plow, and another 20cm's mounted in front of it to hold to 2 razors on an extender.

Though judging by how tall the bot is, wouldn't it have that white attachment point sticking out the top, though?

The other attachment. Should've clarified that the snapper was on its side.

Do like. I'd be surprised to fit a Blackvolt in there, along with RADs and a SnapperII. Death By Purple's more or less the same size, but only has a Nifty. It reminds me of Snap!Happy 6.3 slightly, only with an extra razor and slower drive. If you need a bit of extra reach, you oculd swap the outer maces for irons.

The snapper is actually placed with the arm on the top.
