No URLs for avatars?

Where did the option to have a URL for your avatar go? Why did it go?

But it just comes up as the first frame. All help is appreciated.

Are you uploading from computer? If so, it doesn't work

Likewise, since .gifs don't work with the Upload function, meaning I can't change to Fukireta anyway

There's already a size limit on .gifs, I thought, or maybe he can impose one on URL's as well, if it's only on ones uploaded from your computer.

I can see where you're coming from, but it sets a very bad precedent if we allow you to keep yours and ban others. Either all the rotators go, or none of them will, is how I see it.
