That was when Someone was telling me the timer was changed to 120 hours, and I wanted to see if it really was.

I had to rate someone in order to see the new message.

Because I still have the distinct whining about rep you do stuck in my head, and it annoys me. I feel to rate you up if I'm annoyed at you would be essentially saying its okay to let you whine about it, so I felt I should rate you down.

I personally don't like the change, it gives people the ability to start a head hunt whenever someone down rates them.

I'm already seeing posts that say "rated down because they downrated me" and things of the like. This could get ugly.

Also, where can I get to the rating thingy? Is there a link somewhere?
