So we need to get a larger pulley, which means a larger belt. My dad says we can get this together, but both speed controllers are now dead. Pretty much the main thing deciding as to whether Nocturne will be competing at Pennbots or not is if SKBT has extra vextrollers.

Done and ready for next Saturday. Nocturne won't be coming, but we have replacement parts on the way and it should be working for Bot Blast.

If you're wondering what's on the back it's a strip of 4130 steel we're using to protect the motors and let the thing self-right.

Thanks dude! It held up very well first time it went out, and we're hoping it'll hold up just as well this weekend.

Right now if everything goes according to plan Nocturne will make a last second appearance at Pennbots. Hard to imagine how just one fast shipment from Titan Tech can save half your fleet...

Well Pennbots was fun. FireArrow went 4-0 and took home the antweight title, Nocturne went 0-2 but beat Alex's thing once in a grudge match (we decided to do best of 3). Nocturne's getting pretty much redesigned entirely for Bot Blast.

I also guest drove D12 because Brandon's two bots faced against each other in the first round.

So I'm already thinking of plans to rebuild Nocturne for next time. My plans include steel on both the top and bottom, UHMW sides and wheel guards, an aluminum bar with tool steel teeth as well as a much bigger battery and a more powerful brushless motor (going up to 1100 Kv from 750). In 4 months I hope to have something that somewhat resembles a wider Last Rites.
