There's an area near the tooth that's been pocketed to remove some weight, the goal being that the center of gravity shifts from being offset due to the tooth to being back at the center of rotation.

Well I understand that it must be balanced (I don't think haz is that dumb

) but it's just that bots generally have two teeth so the disc doesn't have to come a full rotation to hit a bot. And so if you lose one, you aren't SOL.

Tooth loss is less of an issue in the real world, especially when the teeth and disk are not separate pieces. Single tooth designs are getting quite popular for the exact reason you think of as a negative. If the disk spins at the same speed, you have twice as much time between impacts, allowing for the disk to get a bigger bite in the opponent and transfer more energy.

Nope, they used the Golden Ratio to design a disk with one giant tooth and naturally balanced..

its 48g atm but it needs a new lipo cell and motor, not to shabby for me though. the armour is 4 or 5mm hdpe and 1mm hdpe

You need more reach on the blade. You've got no reach right now. Go for something like 4 or 5".
