Steady progress in your building. Looking good. You are gaining so much knowledge building a basic bot like that and making it better and more efficient. I look forward to seeing you design and build something more destructive as your skills progress. So far so good though!

on this robot i did something i had never done before: build a prototype

then found the bits were useless and started up grading, i.e. ti scoop in stead of aluminum, bettter drive servos, better wheels, bigger battery.

yeah, thats how i like to work, if everything is in its propper place i can't bloody find the things

heavyweight time:

moved metanioa from jonnys shed to my shed today, about 1/2 a mile with 40kg of metal and plastic plus tools and assorted odds and sods, the reason for the move was because of jonny deciding to sell the shell to make way for his own heavyweight, a 6wd rammer as he recently came in to £800 or so. i basicly took the floor off and cleaned everything pictures below, what do you think??

But I've had a thought- why not try incorporating a second weapon? Like an internal pneumatic spike in the back, or spikes on the sides?
