Roadblock: Was a good bot in its era, though if the wedge were a flipper it wouldve been unstoppable
Panic Attack: Nice looking bot( I love the paint job) And has in my opinion, The best driver.
Chaos2: A great flipper and deserves to be the No1 Robot Wars robot.
Razer: My favorite, I have posted many times why I like him so im not going to post anything here
Tornado: Although I dont like it it is pretty in destructeble
Typhoon2: Didnt really watch Series 7 much

chaos 2 got quite out dated towards the end so i would go for tornado, a perfect example of the balace between good design, good building and good driving. i always liked razer but i feel it was a bit unnessicary when it would be up against some block of wood, wheelchair motors and hope built by a teenager in a shed, and then proceed to trash it.
one thing about razer, it seemed to fight mostly the ordinary robots, nothing realy destructive like for example hypno disc, yeah it forght a few but not with masive efective spinny things. i recon a good horizontal spinner would waste razer as there are a lot of fancy angles and edges for something to catch hold of. antother fight razer would definatly lose would be against razer.

Series 3 Firestorm pwns them all (I think I said this about ten times in this thread already)
Second is Spawn Again cause I loved it`s design and paintwork.
Scutters Revenge cause it`s one of the robots that come in mind when I hear robot wars (With Axios, RatusRatus, FlipFlopFly and others)
Plunderbird 5 is great as well. love it`s bodyshape and it`s color.

best champion... don`t know. I gave it to Roadblock cause RW1 was so fresh and great and RB had the best design to win this

I'd prefer Battlebots over Robot Wars for 2 reasons.
1. Robot Wars is so cheesy when it came to the interviews with stuff like the sayings the teams do (especially the kids no offence).
2. Battlebots made robot combat look serious with the destruction and design.
And this is coming from the place in the UK where robot combat only made a slight touch since only about one robot was bulit here.
HOWEVER
Robot Wars had 2 things that Battlebots did not do.
1. Robot Wars aired all fights which battlebots did not do because I would of loved to see Heavy Metal Noise Vs Ankle Biter
and Tazbot Vs Slam Job
2. Robot Wars had an out of the arena zone while battlebots did not.

well you have to make a difference between Robot Wars and Battlebots. it`s like Wrestling vs. Ultimatefighting.
Robot Wars was a TV-show and Battlebots was robotcombat filmed and shown on tv.

I know im gonna be sparking flames here,but Typhoon 2.It was not Team Typhoons fault that they had to lie and cheat to win the last match.It was MENTORN that caused it.NOT Team Typhoon.I loved Gravity,best flipper ever in the making?And also,Dantomkia.Epic win.Oh,and DTK. Both brillant flippers,the latter winning its comeptition.

What turned me off to Battlebots was that there was WAY too much padding. They had overly long unnecessary segments like "Things you can do with your giant nut trophies." As a result they only had time for 3 battles per show. I also hated the commentators, they came across as clueless morons, as did Bill Nye with his useless factoids "T-Minus is using its flipping arm to self-right. Let's see if it can do it." The program was very unkind to newcomers - seeded robots would get byes into the top 32.

Chaos 2, for obvious reasons (e.g. the only flipper XD)

Still cannot be even compared to the awesomeness of Explosion though :P

Eh, I never really liked Thermidor much, but S3 was cool, along with Wild Thing( Wild Thing1 of course, Wild Thing 2 Sucked)

One of my personal favourites is spin orbiting force.
Why? Well, because of this.

Plus it was based off tentoumushi so that has to be good.

Thermidor 2 was one of my favourites. It was an effective design, but it had a great amount of fun in the design as well, with the lobster theme. =]

Yeah I did like the lobster theme, but my favorite flipper has to be Bigger Brother.
