I love hosting tournaments, however now I hardly ever build unless I really have a good idea in my head. I just usually don't see a need to build new sh** when I already have bots that I'm happy with. Some different stuff like replica mayhem, teammates, and chassis swap up I had a lot of fun building for though so maybe im just burnt out on building for IRL.

Ok I did not expect to receive this many entrants in such a short time so here's whats going to happen for the rest of signups.
Signups will be open with no cap to the number of entrants till the 8th. Then, each meta will be shrunk down to either 8, 16, or 32 entrants depending on if they reach those points or not. The better your robot is the higher your chance of staying in. I will be accepting updates during this time as well.

The polls have spoken and the rules have been updated for the last time. The changes are as follows
-IRL will have a 16 bot bracket, all others will have 8
-Crawlers are banned for DSL-S
-SNS's are banned for IF
-Standard metas will be BO3 rounds
-IRL weightclass will be CW
Also, signups will open on July 4th. After a meta is full, any other builders planning to enter will still have 24 hours to send something. If this happens and a meta has more entrants than slots, low effort builds may be removed so the better built/more unique designs can be accepted.

GENERAL RULES-DSL 2.4 IRL CW -16 Entrants -Edited Bullring Arena Building Rules-I retain the right to reject any bot for any reason -Robots that use servos or motorized hammers must be AI'd beforehand. -One bot per person unless the 16 person limit cannot be reached where it will be opened up to two -The DSL 2.4 weight changes will be in effect so make sure to update your bot if it was made in 2.2 -Multibots and walkers/shufflers are banned -This tournament will also be using the 2020 irl standardized ruleset Spinner Weapon limits:
- 4 large teeth (15-24kgs) ex: large typhoon, ripping teeth, large nightmare, etc)
- 6 small teeth (7-14kgs) ex: small typhoons, cutting teeth, heavy DS teeth, etc
- 10 small beaters, 8 Medium/large
- 1 full size rep disk (mechavore/minion), 2 max for others
- Maximum allowed weapon weightof 100kgs for non-cosmetic damaging weapons allowed on a bot (including dsl bars). This does NOT include your weapon setup (disks, extenders, etc)
- 3750 max dp allowed
- Use basic common sense if mixing weapons (ex: 4 small typhoons and 2 larges is not allowed)

BUILDING RULES
-No BFE, AAM, RA2CF, etc.
-Rule of 7 break is not allowed
-Flamethrowers are allowed from the cheatbot2 menu, everything else is illegal
FIGHT RULES
-1 havok reset allowed per match
-3 min fight
-BO3 Matches
-Each tournament will start out in either a 16 or 8 man Compass Draw Bracket -Each bot will have a Win Loss record recorded on a google sheet -At the end of the Compass Draw Bracket, the bots with the best records will move on and face off in a double elimination finals bracket. Bots start in the center and work their way outwards with wins keeping them inside the bracket they are already in and losses moving them to a smaller losers bracket. This ensures that everyone has the same number of fights.
