yeah I regret CC2s layout to tell you the truth,
Somebody walked away with the number one seed
Condor33 walked away with the tittle
and MikeNCR walked away with only the winners bracket win

I will provide you with all the Backlash Components once I finish balancing all the values (which will be a little longer away)
I can do all the CC2 prize components if you like

emtpy space or no empty space its still awesome
its an interesting concept I think could be developed even more.. faster drive perhaps and you could have it drive over the robots causing damage along the way

ashman12, to edit the arc (im fairly sure) is in the text file, if you want to be able to use it as a burst find a post by Wham and download his front hinged flipper burst in his sig

haha someone doesn't read threads before posting :P for those wondering about mine, its a prototype shuffle-bot, as the name suggests the chassis spins and the centrifugal force shuffles the robot across the ground :-D its been the topic of the last 2 pages I even drew up a terrible diagram that resembles how it works on page 5 :P

good point ^ I think that is why click wanted to make chassis wedges better in DSL 3
as for the success rate of skirt hinges I have a feeling it could do with the fact they are bursts but the have a 0 arc so they cant be fired ... this makes them fairly static compared to burst wedges..

I understand this robot now JoeBlo actually managed to make an explanation that was understandable fixed :P I think lack of a good explanation was the issue here, the controlled movement is still far form perfect, its probably on par with one wheeled spinners though, its only an idea I got while failing at making a one wheeled HS lol glad we could work out everything and I apologize again, I want to maintain my status of residential nice guy :P

sorry to anyone and everyone if I came across a little angry, its been a frustrating day IRL its not normally like me to drag other problems in things (I do think people still need to lighten up a bit of particular things in this game though) now that I have had a bit more time to relax... here is a (very crude :P) plan of how my robot was AI'd (to the best of my ability lol) the robot is trying to track the green box :P it will spin slower in the first 3 phases but once the chassis is facing the target the robot will accelerate hard shuffling it towards the opponent, it will then continue the same patten from phase 2

use the Ski Ramp on Untamed, Suspension load off the little ramp so you land on the down side of the ski ramp then full suspension load off the ramp and a lucky landing on the front wheel :P
