if python is installed then right click on a .py and you will see in that list that comes up "Edit With IDLE"

when in IDLE you can hit "Ctrl + X" to check for errors

it makes it a lot easier, my mentor showed me it :P (wonder who that is ?)

as for PopUp.py as far as I know it will only fire weapons if a chassis is in the smartzone, useful for fighting HS robots

those making .py's what program are you using ?

if you are making them in notepad I will ask you to stop right now :P

Get Python and edit them with IDLE (comes with python) it has a feature that will check your py for errors and tell you whats wrong  ;)

great to see another person innovating normals  :mrgreen:

also those are battle axes if I am not mistaken, Gothic ones are single sided

defiantly overpowered for an SnS you can get away with much less, I use 4 ants on Betting Limts which had to power 4 NPC Fasts and 8 flamethrowers

bottom armor is more important then top armors as hammers will have trouble fighting SnS robots

its cool, I thought that was what you were thinking so thats why I clarified it

this tournament is a "series" or "league" of many smaller tournaments

I did this format so everybody will get to see there bot in more action then standard double elimination and you get the chance to ruin peoples hopes of winning even if your out of contention :P

the events are just miniature tournaments of 16 robots, qualifying will determine which miniature tournaments you are in

all "events" are

traditional 16 bot brackets
3 matches running for 2 minutes long
best 2/3 to decide the winner

you gain points for each round you win

IE went down the toilet when windows updated it to the new version and now there is rubbish all over my computer, IE without addons, IE, IE browser.. its icon spamming ?
 
and now as much as it saddens me I feel Firefox is going down too, a few toable isse I have been having with mine, I constantly try to update all the plugins and addons but still get issues out of it

my issue was for some reason every-time my robot self righted the door hinge havoked and through the robot all over the place

as said before think of a weapon like a ripping tooth,

hitting a robot the opposite way is going to do 0 damage in real life to you need to implment that in the game

I am not afraid of normals myself and Have made effective designs with them

I think increasing damage at the cost of it only being at that one point is a good idea
