Made some art w/ Scribbler and Paint.NET for an EP with a buddie from Sputnikmusic. The latter is a simple polar inversion with the reflection setup of the former.

And I just got Far Cry 3. (Image removed from quote.) Feels good man.
Sweet. That game is certainly one I intend to get.

I think tournament hosts who bail on their tournaments should also be banned from competing in tournaments, be banned from playground and have their showcase(s) locked.
Uhhh, that doesn't address the problem at all. That just pointlessly bans people from using most of the tools they could actually contribute with.

Made another track. This one is quite odd, got some 7/8, 6/8, and 5/4 timing thrown in.

Lead by example. Nobody should expect change without putting any effort into it themselves.
For the past couple months, I've been trying to steer the community back towards RA2 by posting more but it is impossible to do it alone. I am only one person and complaining doesn't help matters (not that I am; I'm just stating my mentality).
The fact of the matter is that people have seen too much of the same old stuff to care. However, if you can give someone else an original post (none of that "empty space" junk), it would really help to keep their interest. Off the top of my head, Inf and Venko have both made a difference this month in terms of people's interest in RA2. I would be happy to see more people leading by example.
If you recall, it was towards the end of last year that people started saying that RA2 was dying (again...). The community as a whole took a sever hit just from posts like this. Action leads to change; complaints lead to more problems.
Yea Inf and Venko were huge this past month or so. I'll start building too!!!!!!!!!
I'd definitely try to build again but my pause key has died, pretty much killing my DSL abilities.

Some tracks on this are great (To Decompose, Shatter Their Bones, Evidence In The Furnace, Priests Of Sodom, Skewered From Ear To Eye), some are average (A Cauldron Of Hate, Beheading and Burning, title track) and some are just bad (Unnatural). Skewered and Shatter are probably the best here.

Our school did kind of have a snow day, since the snow was immediately followed by extreme low temperatures making the snow all icy.

We have no rush. Besides, we got 20 entries currently.
That's roughly equal to the number of active forum members :P

Can we send multiple songs?
Yeah, I'd rather this got off the ground than wait for the few remaining site members who'd enter something to appear and then ignore the thread :P

On this day a year ago I joined GTM. Back then I didn't have a clue of how to build an effective robot, and now I not only know how to, but can. I even remember the first post I ever made, I commented on how bad I was at DSL. Back then I thought that it would be the only form of RA2 I ever played, but now I enjoy DSL and stock equally (although for very different reasons). I owe it all to you guys for putting up with me and helping me make such improvements.
Now I can't help but wonder what the future holds...
Probably the playground becoming the leading source of goatse on the internet, given some of what goes on in there.
