keep it in mind for next time then...

little things like that can have a negative impact on a match, If you look at Craaig's CC3 entry it drops to the arena and then spins its weapons

I did that my accident one time to an arena skin and it skinned the floor with all the preview images for other arenas :P

also should this not be in Technical Support ?

my understanding is this section is for releasing or posting information about your mods

well that sucks... being ganged up on....

I might suggest you tweak the range value on Craaigs robot for the losers bracket..  it will prevent the robot being unable to move at the start of a match = no ganging up on my robot :P

I say this to a lot of people...

compare your rules to another tournament ?

see the size difference ?

Im not saying you have to ramble on  but is my experience (5? tournaments) the more details you put into your rules the less exploiting or problems you will get from entries. try your best to not get caught out telling someone there robot isnt ok once they have built it even though your rules dont precisely have reasons to outlaw it.

my suggestion to you is to learn basic AIing yourself

follow one of the many tutorials on here.. if you ever need help ask me but if you pop open the bindings.py in notepad you will see it isnt at all that complex

it memory serves the Ant Battery was so good becasue it was intended for use on ant robots? so they didnt have to waste weight on more batteries ?

just something to think about when working out balancing ?
