The Format (easy to understand version)

Heat 2 - remaining 20 people
Heat 3 - randomized list of 20 entrants (from heat 1 and 2)
Heat 4 - remaining 20 people who weren't in heat 3

people in contention for the CC3 title is cut to only the top robots on the points ladder (aiming for the top 8 if there is no ties)

Heat 5 - randomized list of 20 entrants (from any heats)
Heat 6 - remaining 20 people who weren't in heat 5

people in contention for the CC3 title is cut to only the top robots on the points ladder (aiming for the top 4 if there is no ties)

Heat 7 - only the top 8 are in this event and there is a grand final (you may move up the points ranks to get into this event even if your not in contention) the winner of the grand final may NOT be the overall winner as that will be the highest placed title contender.

-------------------------------

points, global ranks and brackets all updated also

I would defiantly use perms, two drums, small beater bars, and alu extenders on the perms other attachment point to give that axle effect

no it wouldnt

Quote
all it will do is add the new files into the game

it will only overwrite things with the same name, so a folder called components will be replaced with a folder called components (doesnt effect whats inside only adds the new stuff)

cool, but you can't copy it into the folder, there is already a folder named components, so it would not work. Ans copying the contents of the folder in does not work eather.

sign dont you remember when I told you how install my antiballasts?

copy > paste > overwrite everything when prompt

all it will do is add the new files into the game

Why am I getting the impression that Heat 1 is over, yet me and LDL haven't fought yet...

you vs LDL is the last match there is no finals in the heats as at this stage your just working on building up points on your ladder

since I took a break off this tournament thread was a litle dead even when I started posting matches again so I just added the line ups for heat 2 on the brackets page to bring some interest to the other 20 entrants

Ahh, this tourney is win as usual, JB.

IMO, Heat 2 is going to be waaaaaaaaay tougher than Heat 1. I'd consider getting out of my bracket to be a sucess :O

Thanks R0B0  :gawe:

I cant remember all the robots at this time but I think heat 1 had more VS robots which meant quicker oota's... you should hopfully see some more KO's in heat 2

personally the format sets it apart from others but yeah go with what ever you wish

team BW wouldn't be that great with LW team tournaments just passing and coming in the future (if Ianh05 ever feels like doing it :P)

I really don't like this format because that means someone like naryar may build a kick ass bot and get stuck with sparkles

turns out there is another world outside genericland :P

I rather like it, makes for interesting matches... remember how far GK got with MKB.. only then your teamate doesnt get half the credit in the end :P

Oh yeah, i'm following all the rules. If this is blocked, then the Mods are unfair.

I am a very nice person, devote hours and hours of my time to helping others on this forum, dont forget we are here for the good of the community. not to be an ass pain.

your rules are far to vague and you have skipped things like format, how many entries, arena, version of the game and much more.

3 rules it no where near what you will need, your diving into the deep end here.. starting smaller is heavily recommended.
