They look good?
Sure, they're not effective, but the setup looks kind of cool and it looks very cleanly built.
They have no interest apart from looking good. No original design, no cool hybrid, boring in battle, not effective, what else ? It's just... bland. Kinda like a pretty package with nothing inside.
You can build a bot over looks alone, and it can be awesome (eg. a tyrannosaur that breathes fire) but this is just... a pusher. Herp derp. Been there, done that.
I guess, but for pure aesthetic purposes they're okay. Sure, cooler designs exist, but this doesn't exactly look bad.

Maxwell's looks damn good, as with Fluorescent, you're pretty good at nailing the aesthetics of bots.
Harvester is perhaps a little too messy to look good, maybe with some fine touches on the extender work (maybe some small ds teeth on the extender ends or something) will make it look better. Still, pretty good.

i like the VS. perm looks exposed though.
Only really a big problem if it's a perm 80, since the regular perm has tonnes of HP. Novgorod looks awesome, nice and simple, if evidently ineffective

Peace Walker seems like an odd choice. It's not bad, but I don't think it holds a candle to MGS/MGS2/MGS3. And FF VI is lower than I expected, I hate most JRPGs but I still enjoyed it so that says something

While I like the aesthetic, I can't help but feel that if you simply mounted the flipper so that the arm is attached through the top (nearer the back of the robot) the flipping ability would be increased.

Pretty cool stuff. I imagine the complex flipper likely wouldn't work unless you used a custom component that is basically a linear actuator with a long piston and reasonable force.
Another issue is obviously that because the flat plane of the flipper is mounted above the axle point, the radius of it makes the radius which the actual part that flips things pretty small, so stuff is more likely to get only flipped a small amount or to simply slip off.

To be honest I sort of agree with Powerrave here, Nintendo does kind of need to stop with this New Super Mario Bros stuff and make more varied titles, seeing as about half of their stuff is practically the same game, both mechanically and thematically, only with some different levels (which are still tired) and some different bosses (which appeared in the old games so they aren't really "New" either). Time is better spent on properly getting their spin off franchises or, I dunno, METROID going, instead of producing quite so many identikit titles. Stuff like Super Mario 3D land is good, likewise with the Mario And Luigi thing they're working on atm, so more of that would be preferable to yet another 2D platformer that doesn't quite match the quality of their old ones.

Chassis is a bit big, but looks good. I think it would be better to have a smaller chassis with stacked blacks so you might have some extra weight to maybe protect the front HP Z-Teks.

Also, I said in a post awhile ago on here that if the used games thing was true someone should just go out and buy a tonne of Xbox One games (not the console) and sit on them for years until all the games have been used up then sell them for crazy amounts of cash.
BTW Xbox One isn't supporting current gen headsets either and they aren't letting indie devs publish their own games. Things just keep getting better and better.
Yeah, I see PS4 winning this one XD I can see Nintendo and Sony being much more popular with devs from here on out :P

I'll say lot's more people will jump on the Wii U now that the Xbox One is generating so much hate with gamers. Wii U is set to reveal some of it's blockbuster games at E3 those games being 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Zelda, Super Smash Bros. plus more.
I think it's definitely going to be more popular now, but there are likely to be a large number of people who still have their prejudices and therefore probably will stick to either the XBox or PS4. I think Nintendo definitely looks to be in the most safe position though, since they haven't managed to rape their consumers like Microsoft and face less of its competition than Sony. I doubt they'll make the biggest profit, but I don't see them doing any worse as a result of the competition.

Yeah. Really with Flippers they're only efficient if you can OOTA stuff, in pretty much any other situation they're useless (cept maybe against some HS, SnS and Sheck spinners, but not many of the good ones).

a pure HW flipper like this needs a good wedge, good armor, decent speed and good flipping power. You need a faster bot and stronger armor.
you need 8 PC625's and nothing more.
This is often why I question the use of Betas on flippers, since there are tonnes of compromises necessary for a burst that capable of hit too easily and that has levels of power that are often unnecessary. I'd stick to Bsgs or small JXs personally.

I can see Sony winning this time out, they've just got a basic advantage at the moment. I suspect the Wii U will not fare as well as the One, but people will probably like it better considering the idiocy going on with this XBox.
