all really good idea's sadly the Armour section is located within the exe which means you cant add any other armors besides more plastic, aluminum, Titanium and steel,
Fire extinguisher is also a good idea but cannot either be done because the component base's lie in the exe ![]() the curved rods are a good idea though 7864

Real Robotics Discussion / Re: What would YOU build?« on: March 08, 2010, 05:07:44 AM »Joeblo if you ever do get around to building it. Just buy a Vantec. You would need one for your whole drive and makeing your own ESC (speed controller) will cost you a a lot more money and might not work as well. thanks for some tips... I probably wont bother since we have a lack of Robot Combat here, in stead I spent $400-$500 on off road R/C gear. about a month ago :P I was thinking of actually using some Traxxas stuff for a robot, since I am really familiar with them, they got hard and fast (motors) and are pretty cheap also. but I will probably put money into a brush-less motor for my Traxxas Stampede before I build a full blown robot :P 7870
DSL TC Showcases / Re: G.K.'s DSL Showcase« on: March 07, 2010, 09:23:33 AM »
mwahahaha @GK: you could use Tite 1, and some bigger wheels/ lower chassis for invertability 7871
General Support / Re: RA2 not opening« on: March 07, 2010, 07:02:06 AM »
errr... im going to say, telling sparkey to delete things could be rather hazardous
no offence... I suggest you have a meaningless copy of RA2 to overload with custom stuff so if it breaks you dont loose anything valuable.. its what I do 7872

hehe, Nary = Years, Me = Year and 4 months :D
but thats RA2/ GTM :P I am thinking seriously about a FW SS or HS properally built, metal armors, electronics, wiring, hiring professional to make controllers, etc but Im not sure if I want to pour that about of money into something that cant fight in any comps 7874
Tournament Archives / Re: The Amazing Rage Splash, Bracets & Vids« on: March 06, 2010, 10:35:44 AM »Joe: Yet again, another bunch of both cool and original designs that are going to get trashed by the more serious fighters. yeah that tends to happen way to much.. :P 7875
Stock Showcases / Re: Sage's Showcase« on: March 06, 2010, 10:32:20 AM »
err Sage.. can I ask why you have 2 different super-volt skins? :P
great looking design though, I would have loved to have seen something a little more creative with the extra weight though.. we all have high expectations from you :P 7876

090901 - not bad, the flipper seems the best out of the 3
Craaig - GK - not bad. some are better then others though, the FS seems a little pointless but the rest look good JD - :D all look awesome, nuff said JoeBlo - mm Chocolate...I really wish I could have used the normal hammer verson I had but SSG said Flail Hammer was the same bot type ![]() Jonzu - the VS and FS look quite potent the pop up looks like that BSG will have a short lifespan Nary - Vlad forks arnt used enough :D the HS looks rather deadly Nicsan - I will give the poker half a chance but if its goign to be randomized... eep Pwn - boy that is a lot of potential CCIV prototypes :P *cough* if CCIV is LW that is. easily going to go far R1885 - Ribbs normally try's different things but this takes the cake :P wil be interesting to see them in action RR - the first 3 are awesome.. the others.. im a little iffy on Scrap - :D some of my favorite designs here.. I will be keeping my eyes on them 0.0 Somebody - despite the FS looking like a carrot patch :P some nice robots S_M - thumbs up for making a replica but exposed chassis wont get you far sorry Stag - Decisions will mean do or die for this robot a lot of difference between how effective each will be S32 - that is a rather odd VS for sure, other 2 look good though Ounce - the only thing that will stop the Pwnator Express Train :P my pick to win this Thyrus - hehe cleaver name, some interesting robots too 7878
Off-Topic Discussion / Re: Favorite OS and why?« on: March 06, 2010, 09:34:48 AM »Funny thing is, the public school I went to had apple computers with mac OS and it took a couple of months before me and my friends figured out firefox it what apples use instead of IE :P and your still incorrect :P Safari is the original Apple browser, firefox is an addition same as it is on windows.. but it is a very popular and common browser on apple 7879
