Wow just think about it we have flash drives that are triple that amount of memory. We have come a long way. triple? that's only 3/4 of a gig. Storage capacities can range from 64 MB to 256 GB with steady improvements in size and price per capacity That only emphasizes how much even further we've got... 1000 times the memory in much less space (talking about the 256gb)... I could really do with one of those to store music XD

Basically, I think everyone should calm down.
Some people are newer than others, some people are better at building than others, some people are a lot more annoying than others, but we are a commUNITY. We are, almost, as one, in our shared interest/passion for bot bulding and this game.

*Ignoring the advice above, sorry if I repeat*
1) Blue control boards save weight.
2) The long black batteries suck. The orange ones and the tall black ones tyou get from the same menu are much better
3) Don't use the stock SnapperII in DSL - use a BSG, one of the green bursts, or a Magmotors burst.
4) Use a DSL hammer - you might have enough weight for the ol' 70kg-er if you wanted to.
5) And it's not exactly very heavy. Building to the 800kg weight limit is good, gives it more of a chance against the other 800kg bots.
6) There's a fair bit of empty space that could be minimized.
7) Although it looks great, the pointy wedges on the front could be replaced with more effective wedges on burst motors.
