For the record, I get neither Nary's nor Avalanche's problems. It seems to work perfectly fine for me.

After Eco suddenly disappeared. I thought a little. The current experience remember me why why I stopped playing on DN back when I made my account there. What a load of dragged out garbage that is.
I'm dropping out of the tournament because playing on there is just no damn fun. It's only annoying me.
Some rather unfortunate news. If you play Yugioh and you feel like taking his spot, please contact me or post on this thread. If there's no one, I'll fish around for someone outside of GTM.

The Kill v Yoshi match will be uploaded/posted at some point.

Wasn't there a reason this wasn't the case in the first place? Like, anyone with a GTM account could sully the wiki page. Is this no longer a fear?

If it ends up tonight, do you think you'd be able to place an estimate of time on it? I might be around for it.

Probably around 9-10 eastern... If You aren't around to record it, I can figure out a way to get it filmed and send it over to you.
So 9-10PM EST today? If so, I could stick around to record that, although it'd be rather early in the morning for me. If I don't show up, I'd be grateful if you could record it and send it over but it's by no means an obligation. I'll be happy if I just get the results.

Is #4 Thracker?

I quite like 2 and 3 but my vote will go to #3 because, although I really do appreciate the splash work for #2, I think I'd rather see #3 every time I logged on to GTM.

Offtopic, really hoping to join one of your tournaments one day, but I sadly don't have good enough bots and AI skills yet.
Good to hear you're interested in entering tournaments but I wouldn't worry about AI skills, as it's a tournament host's obligation to AI your robots for you if you cannot do so yourself.

With Scrappy sending in his deck for the tournament, everything is now underway! Check the brackets out here: http://challonge.com/GTMDoesYuGiOh1

Here's round 1:
Badnik vs Scrap Daddy
Trov's Bro vs TRB
powerrave vs eco
Kill vs His Bro
Me vs Sage

Please sort out times with your opponent on when you're going to duel. I would like to record as many matches as possible, so, when you have reached an agreement on when you guys want to duel, hit me with a PM with the time so I can see if I can make it and record the match.

Good luck to everyone!

Right, with Scrap Daddy added into the mix as the 10th participant, here's the final entrant list:

1. Kill
2. Kill's Bro
3. Trov's Bro
4. Badnik
5. The Red Blur
6. Powerrave
7. Yugi
8. Sage
9. Eco
10. Scrap Daddy

I have changed the bracket layout to Swiss. This means there will definitely only be 6 rounds, no matter the amount of participants and players are drawn up against each other based on their current win/loss record in the tournament. Once Scrap Daddy has told me what deck he's running, it's on with the tournament :D

After. If you look at the thread's history (not even a page back, I think), you'll see that I've posted a link to DN with pictures on two occasions.

I'll probably have to teach you about deck building 101 after this tournament :P

fags

As for you, chill. We don't need that kind of posting here.
You've already strayed totally off-topic. You're talking about furries in a thread about group memberships.

Sounds like the kind of deck I'm looking for in the tournament ;)
Don't be a scrub. Luck based decks are shiit.
I was focusing more on the theme deck bit but he said 'ridiculous way to win'. When I read that, I don't think 'luck based', I think Vennominaga or something. What even are luck based decks? Snipe Hunter and Dice Jars?

Sounds like the kind of deck I'm looking for in the tournament ;)
I haven't kept up with this thread, but I would enter a tournament if you're still accepting people.
Of course, just tell me your DN name and what your deck is (a pic of the deck itself isn't needed.)

The World Championship games will always be lovely nostalgic series for me. Series like World Championship and Tag Force gave me a good library of games for my GB/DS and PSP respectively.

I just need a definite deck confirmation from Trov's Bro just so I know he's ready when the tournament starts. I don't believe I'm waiting for anyone else, at this point.

Where have you gotten that impression? I don't even think the rule system Kill put in place was more than a year ago. The current new rule implementation is a very fairly new development.

Just so you know, Meister2's IP corresponds to Jaydee's main IP... There seems to be something there.

no, there is nothing to add to that, hence why i wonder you guys are posting offtopic.

and TRB, we don't need backseat moderating. we take care of stuff, if you have something to report use the report post function.
Who's "we" exactly? Cuz the way I see it, Kill and Craaig don't do diddly squat anymore, and all you do is bash newbies and mute people you don't like.

Yes, we are all working together to work on a new rule system, we have new, fast ways to communicate between moderators, and Trov is busting his ass on reworking the forums.

You know nothing of what's happening.
Then y'all need more transparency cuz just claiming that you're all secretly working hard doesn't mean you actually are, and from our end, it looks like either nothing gets done or it gets done in the most autistic way possible.
Transparency isn't necessarily needed. It's not really secret, more like people don't really need to know about these developments until they are set in stone. They also needn't tell us that they've got some more ways to communicate, that'd just be a pointless post/topic. And, evidence of Trov working very hard is very much present. He's been online a lot more, lately, and there's already been reform in the changing on the Tournaments section of the forum.

Banning all water may be overboard. Sure atlantean with mermail is pretty insane, but Gishki haven't done as much for quite a long time tbh.
You misunderstand 'Water'. 'Water' means Mermail-Atlanteans. Banning the attribute would be stupid.

I'd be fine with pure Gishki but a tad skeptical about throwing in an Atlantean engine.
