What is Gobkin Sharjs lower jaw attached to?
Mass Accelerator works very good for the nightmare design. It was funny how it fit perfectly inside the gap ofCheap Surgey
Another burst motor. His weapon functions a lot like St Agro/Maelstrom.

Nice work dude!

Here's the latest addition to my new upcoming Battlebots mod-pack, Zion:

Now, initially I wanted to just restore my old Zion replica, but I ended up completely rebuilding it:

The weapon works like the real thing, and it's fairly stable, despite using chained burst motors.

He's also a great break-dancer:

So apparently, Jason Bardis' old HW Towering Inferno still exists.

Reminds me of Bladerunner X from Lego Robot Wars.

Well, I guess I should be more careful with my spinners:

If you make something out of Lego that can cut skin, you've either done something right, or something horribly, horribly wrong.

Speaking of spinners, here's a vertical spinner, named The Emperor:

I always imagined Chinese Emperors in black and red.

Here's a view of the insides (had to open up the frame to take this shot.)

Aaaand here's his scrimech in action:

Phew! Finished up 2 SHW's for the pack, one new and one old.

First, something new: Hamunaptra.

Ok, he's not a new robot, but I haven't tried replicating him before.

Randomly picked off the wiki, don't expect much from this guy. He uses customized smart-zones as make-shift ballasts, since making SHW replicas is hard to do.

Next, back from the original BBAI modpack, it's Little Blue Engine!

The original replica was all about looks. This version is about performing just like the real one. The only thing left unchanged was the chassis, since I liked the paint-job I gave him. New custom motors, modified wheels (they'll fall off like they did in real life), mediocre lifting mechanism, good speed and superb pushing power. In fact, he nearly pulled a Storm2 and just about threw Velociraptor out the arena in one push.

To give you an idea of how much power this thing has, here's what happened when he hit the ramp at full speed:

Ok, maybe I'm over-glorifying him a little bit, but I can't help it. I worked all day on bring this guy back from the original mod, and I plan to do the same with the others.

Thanks guys! My first main priority is to restore and/or rebuild as many of my old Battlebots replicas as possible. The BBAI 2014 pack was a huge mess, but this mod will be much more organised.

I still can't make custom wheels with unique, seperate textures. All I did for Tentomushi was replace the original granny wheel texture with something else.

Lastly, I can't finish old replicas like Chinkilla and CUAD the Crusher, due to texturing errors and the need for custom components. So, I'll just make "knock-off" versions of them. Whether it be recolors or differently shaped weapons, these knock off competitors will hopefully be good substitutes.

Schweet.  The eyes could be a little smaller, but other than that, this is very solid.  Has it been able to smoother any normal sized LW's at all?
Yup, during testing it did a good job against the DSL Lightweights. The inside of the shell can use a little work, but I'm satisfied for now.

If you make the new BattleBots season 1 and 2 Replicas and they look actually good, I'll pay you 50 Dollars. I'm not even joking.
Stop wasting your money on internet sh**.
If you knew how much I waste money on furry art commissions

Sweet, I can use that 50 bucks for FNAF commissions!

Yup, I'm making another one.

I'll be revising old models and creating new ones. So far, these new ones include-

Little Pharma (Needs revision)

Torquemada

Aaaand Zugzwang

I'll make these bots more accurate in performance and durability, since the BBAI modpack was a total mess.

This will include old and new Battlebots competitors. :D

I still need a tutorial on decompiling and texturing wheels. Then I can finish Mecha Tentomushi.  ;)

Beck

A spinner designed around to crane pieces, it's a Tombstone-Wannabe.

Back view:

One of the few bots I have that don't have fake internals.

Next, The Big Bad Biter, my first crusher:

It's NOT a Razer clone!

Insides:

Aaaand he self-rights from the sides, but gets stuck if he's completely upside-down:

Next, a mixture of Bite Force and DooAll, Grappler:

Side View:

In case you couldn't tell from his appearance, name, and inspiration from Bite Force, Grappler is a clamp-bot:

Back View:

Internals:

He also has interchangeable weapons:
So, what do you think?

Zugzwang

I know it's missing those frame pieces at the side, but it was too troublesome.

Ok, so I've figured how the decompiling works, but when I do it, the decompiled file type isn't GMF. It's just a regular file. I opened it up with notepad and it looked like a decompiled GMF. However, when I copy-pasted it over the original file and compiled it, I still ended up with an invisible wheel.

Are you remembering to use a different file name than the source file when you (de)compile?
I didn't know that could be done. How exactly does that work?
