Well, when I was 3 I think I was running around like a maniac and hit a corner on a counter top right at eye-level, and got some gash in my forehead. Had stiches and still have a small scar above my left eye.
When I was 9 I sprained my ankle, but that's about it thankfully.

I really like the 1st popup, cool and looks effective. Are the icepicks adding much? Could you take them off and use the weight for rubbers?
On the VS, how good are the wedges? Would it be any more protected if you took off the razors on the wedges an put more casters on the bottom?
