I smash out a whole CC3 round (8-10 videos) in about 2 hours (filming and editing) also your the one with 2 mods :P I can get this done pretty quick, I did Doomed bots losers bracket + KOK fine

Guys, I may need someone to take over this tourney. I can handle it, it's just that I've got schoolwork on (holiday homework  ) and a few bots crash the game again, for no reason whatsoever.
So if anyone is willing, then say so.
The first fight will be reshot by the person who I pass the bots on to...
They can send me a link, and I can post it up on my first post basically.
Given the small size of this tournament and the offering up of it. I will take this tournament as I would like to see it done. I can fix up any AI issues, make video candy and get it done in a timely manner. Zog pm me over the whole AI folder and I will do this tournament.

you have to name the SZ "whipzone" as far asI know. yes it follows the same control structure as frenzy except it has a immobile handler coded (frenzy doesnt) and a better self righting system (even better in the newer unreleased stuff)

you say balanced that would exclude people making super-fast motors and super powerful bursts, among other things
its really only new GMF's for robots... since stats must follow a set formula

RW was more about show and entertainment than real fighting with over 9000 flames and lights and etc.
it was an entertainment program... Battlebots was more of a sporting event (boxing like intros, drag racing countdown lights, sports style commentary, etc)

I loved the house robots myself but having them involved in matches was ok in one way but it wasn't a fair playing field...
the pit would always react the same, the flame pits would, the saws would but the house robots did what they liked
great entertainment value at the conclusion for matches but a little unfair as a arena hazard...

@Red: still one more heat for you :P the highest position you can fight for is 9th overall though and if you get into the top 16 you get into the final heat which has a grand final match (so you can win the grand final even if your not in contention for the CC3 championship)

also the fact the house robots weren't made to take damage really
they had strong weapons but Matilda, Sgt Bash and Shunt all have fiberglass bodywork which isnt going to do much in the defense department
