I might be tempted to build a team for you. I'm in the mood at the moment. Might not meet your standards, and I don't mind if it gets rejected :P

changing the map files isnt reskinning that would be map file editing.
true skinning would be editing the GMF to handle the new images, sage's skin pack would be a good example, each different skin is a new version of the components GMF.
while maps file editing is quite easy and convenient it can cause you a load of headaches in the future so naturally I advise people to learn the complete way to do it
True, but that's what a lot of 'skinners' (eg Sparkey here) don't know :P

atleast he can skin, unlike me
1) Find the map (In the folder of the component in the RA2 file) 2) Draw over map Gratz. You now skinned it.

edit:I wont do this if GF93 and stagfish and LDL keep on flaming me.
You shouldn't start a tournament if you're gonna consider not doing it (and wasting peoples time) because of some petty little thing.

I got into RW early in Series 2. I remember seeing those bots and thinking 'woah :D' Been into it ever since. Last year, remembered playing a demo of RA2, and decided to see if I could download it somewhere. I did. I liked. I ended up here :D

Wouldn't it have a slight problem turning because the chassis is angled so far back? If you could rotate the parts (which wouldn't be hard to do because everything is attached to an ME) it might drive better.
Seems to turn fine, and rotating the parts is a lot of hassle, but I could do it. And might. :P

still couldnt have been more happier with the Bronze Medal, especially since we had to go through some top DSL teams to get there, Urjak/Reier, Naryar/Scrap. great work Craaig defiantly couldn't have done it without your quick KOing robot
Thanks GK for saving this and seeing it through, great work, your time and efforts are much appreciated
I agree, it's a real achievement to take out some of those guys, and end up with a really good placing. Thanks Joe for being a teammate again... even though we know what happened last time :P Also thanks GK, as JB said, for saving the tourney :D

The Alu could be changed to 5mm Plastic (which weighs 2 more kg... so I wouldn't have any weight to work with protecting the perm)
EDIT: Unless you say downgrading the armour might help?

Just not sure how. I can take the flipper segment protecting the chassis off, the that'd give me 3 kg XD so unless i stuck the segment onto the other side of the axle, i'm not sure what to do with it.

I like it. People Naryar will get annoyed at you for using the small CB and Taz wheels though.
It's micro wheels, not Taz's. They're waaay too big. Same with the blue CB

Team Awesomesauce's recent success (coming third - I think. It's a big thing to me :P) inspired me to rebuild TOIATF. I shortened the name this time, but I may put it back :P Not much has really changed, but the chassis is a lot smaller and stronger, I believe. It looks nicer in my opinion, too.

Why you use those Spoilers? >_<
So stuff doesn't get spoiled, but we can still talk about it :P EDIT: aww I really feel it would have been a different story if they went for different opponents, Hugs already proved its ability to stop spinners
Im going to come right out and say congrats to Pwn and Ounce :P unless the fact GK keeps saying 2 videos is actually meaning DA loose the first match
at least we were more successful here than in RAW, hmm :P
