yeah they were anti storm for no sane reason ? I loved that robot the second I saw it.. very entertaining it was an obvious screw job in the finals too I mean Typhoon got points for dodging the wall while being pushed when it hit the pit cover and bounced away. I like the robot Typhoon but it was so obvious they shouldn't have won dont get me started on the Storm 2 vs Tornado match

an SnS rely's on a robot ramming into it also ? yes the Anthrobotics team were all beaten.. Terminus and True Love were both 2 on 1 matches. crawlers use weapons as a substitute for wheels as locomotion.. this uses 2 legs and steps forward also why do you insult anything? honestly its getting old fast.... do you need to prove something to yourself by calling everything ghey

extensive damage would be needed and a particular sequence on breaking things also :P
anyway back on topic.. I say manually take your bot files out of the folder and delete the team

Ghey - doesnt use "cheap" tactics like the standard crawler.. it relies on robots ramming into it.. which is there own fault.
Inefficient - it also beat 2 DSL AI robots in a 2 on 1 match, so its not all that bad..
Crawler - it takes steps (well it should have) making it a walker.
Game, Set, Match ?

twas only a joke, I too think Ouncy would take the cake in such a tournament, Me and Pwn are currently 2-2 in tournament history and I beat 123 but that was in CC3 so its a little different being basically tabletop.
if I can bring myself to building something more generic I can be a very accomplished builder imo but im to much of a creative person to do it :P I honestly love winning "coolest bot" "most creative" or "most original" awards then tournament championships.

actually you can mess it up if you perform enough damage

Anyways, you guys could have a tournament from 2009 guys to see who is the best... now Ounce probably would win this, but Pwn isn't far and 123 might have a chance as well.
and me ?

Getting back to Tough As Nails, and how it had no discernable weaponry, when Robot Wars moved onto Channel Five, the people who were running it at that point didn't even allow the ultra-tough Storm I to enter the qualifiers, because it was just a box with wheels, and was deemed "too boring", despite the fact it probably would've been a great competitor. I can't really see how TAN was allowed to compete and the original Storm wasn't.
storm 1 was how storm 2 got into RW Storm 1 was a tracked robot with a claw.. Storm 2 was the rammer (technically the one in Series 7 was Storm 2.5) there was a mix up in the application and the RW crew came into possession of a picture of Storm 1 and not Storm 2, they accepted Storm 2 into the new blood championship based on the Storm 1 picture.. when the team arrived the RW crew were very surprised to see a different robot and were going to turn them away. they ended up being allowed in and they won meaning that got free entry into S7, the moving weapon rule was then brought in and they were forced to add the flipper. [/end storm2history]

I have considered leaving this forum (but wasn't going to make an announcement thread about it?) but you stop and think why throw away something you enjoy becasue of someone else ? I talked with Madiaba a bit (great guy to talk to :P) and he made me see that leaving or throwing in the towel isnt the best idea, working out your troubles is the best course of action or at least not letting it bother you. you dont have to see any of us face to face every day so if someones giving you grief just simply click that index button and jump into another thread

The 200 tall is the MAIN worry!
that was my main problem with peoples.. Craaigs wasnt one of the offenders I had in mind when making that post guys with the shoping list of tourament results... slap it on your wiki page not in your sig, if people want to see them they will look them up, not be forced to read them 173 times a day
