I believe it is a request for 45 replica battlebots
what you must understand is these things cannot be smashed out in 10mins they take hours and hours of work. custom components are needed to construct many replica robots... this is a painfully difficult task to do to make all the parts required... dont believe me ? read this.. http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/modding.htm before people jump on the 3DSM banwagon I will say from personal experience its not just a component generator.. you still need to write in GMF coding, text files, collisions, etc... its ok once you get your head around it but its still very time consuming (serge took out one and a half hours of his time to direct me step be step for an unmapped component) in a perfect world it would be lovly to have all of these but unless you group together with others and build them out of existing parts like the RWS3 Mod its not likely to get very far quickly. 6689

very long story short... he wasnt coming back until the "noob members" at that time were all banned this was following big arguements with a lot of people involved which is available to read in the Hierarchy topic or wherever bad threads are sold. ![]() 6690

Tutorials and Tips / Re: AI-ing (.py files, coding, R+D, and help)« on: May 12, 2010, 12:16:50 AM »What about the Robot Name? Is it the same in the bot lab and in the bindings? that value is required on start up of a match when the game locates the bot file (the bindings can be in any order) the connection between the teams text file or an actual mistake in python files itself usually crash upon load up as its when the game adds the files in possible solutions... does it have all the pre load stuff up the top of the bindings still ? it needs all of that to load correctly have you tried other python files ? try the common ones like omni, etc and see if its not a python with an error inside (which can effect load up) are the python's all in the AI folder ? 6693

both crashed the game (custom components that were not given to me)
I offered Craaig a place after Badnik canceled his extra matches and 027 was going to send something but never did so rather then wasting more time asking for components from zog or sonny I used my fixed Typhoon Replica. 6697

General Support / Re: Game crashes on DSL bot import.« on: May 11, 2010, 11:07:51 AM »
thats essentially all dsl is..
if you downloaded DSL 2 and the 2.1 patch and the bots you would have downloaded close to the same amount it sounds like your game is incomplete which is why you have errors... this is not only you best option but really your only one beyond a reinstall 6699
General Support / Re: Game crashes on DSL bot import.« on: May 11, 2010, 11:02:55 AM »
ARGH GK stop replying so fast...
--- my original post which didnt post as it told me GK posted but is still helpful ---- sounds like your lacking components which = crashing http://raw.gametechmods.com/Shhhh/DSL21.rar download a copy of DSL 2.1 from that link.. all you must do is extract the files and its ready to go.. no installing or anything.. just extract and play 6700
