So you've downgraded it? Owh, well that sucks XD Byebye hopes of doing well at all XD
I'll have a look at what I have later. I do have a similar bot, I know that... Not as good... using a perm. Meh.

Seems pretty nice dude. ADD BATTLEPACKS OR SOMETHING GEEZ
This is the only bad advice I've seen here, I wouldn't recommend battlepacks. 1 ant is enough to power 1 motor, no matter what the motor is (apart from if it's a burst). But yeah, invertability and empty space need to be sorted.

N12s are huge. Even with a fully extended chassis, I can't fit 3 N12s. I did try it though.

Yeah, personally I'm edging more towards SHW. But if the community wants other stuff, I'll obviously try to accomodate it. But I do have the final choice, but yeah, what the community says will play a big part in what I choose.

Sorry about my frankly fail rep skills, but here's Six Pac Fair few issues to be addressed, I know, in particular, the wedge shape.

I'm totally putting my chances to pot entering Blaze V - it's a good looks bot, not necessarily efficient, while my other entry is probably the best MW I've ever built

Ugh, I'm not fond of that version. Lemme play around with it and I'll see what happens. I'll get back to you within an hour, I should think.

Right guys. Hullo. You may be wondering why I mention this now, seem as though I'm always complaining about having no time, but in 46 days I'm done with exams, and I have 2 months of summer break, so I thought I'd get a check done now on if anyone would like anything.
I am willing to run RIP 2, with a different weight class (I would limit entries to probably 8 if UHW), but you guys may also want the bots from the last tourney.
I am unaware of what you lot think, hence this thread. Let me know within the next few weeks over this thread and the poll. Obviously I understand if you want neither - there are a lot of tourneys at the moment, and you'd probably find the AI pack dull, but yeah, just thought I'd put it out there :D
Thanks, Craaig Okay guys, I have officially chosen DSL SHW as the bot type for RIP too, and having just remembered that I have a week off (the week after next), then I only need to be in school for certain days until the 25th, I'm going to get the ball well and truly rolling. I will open signups soon - maybe today or tomorrow - and then hopefully we can fill a 16 bot bracket pretty quick, to be AIed in the half term break. RULES 1. Realistic DSL SHW. Bots must be over 800kg but under or exactly 1200kg. 2. Multibots are allowed, to a maximum of 2, both bots must be at least 400kg however. 3. The arena used will probably be The Electric Arena 2 with hazards disables for a large fighting plane with OOTA-able walls. 4. No custom parts, cheatbot2 parts or AI parts. 5. No glitches, e.g. Nasty Pickle or Trinity bots, although Trov Glitch may be accepted in realistic circumstances (see Sage's Hummingbird) 6. I will AI, but I would appreciate you sending your own AI lines if you can. 7. No BFE, AAM etc. All building must be done inside the bot lab (except chassis skinning) 8. Any complaints about the tournament itself, AIing or the like will result in instant disqualification. Any reason that things may not be going as fast as they should (highly unlikely) will be fully explained, and I would appreciate your co-operation. Not saying stuff will happen, but yeah. These rules are here for reasons. 9. A restart will occur if a bot havoks, or is immobilized unfairly (eg stuck on a component). If a robot havoks twice, it will be disqualified.

I may contribute something, I have a few uneffective-in-RA2-but-realistic bot ideas XD

You can pick any artist, I believe, but it's better to choose not-so-popular or more unknown songs.

No - the one JB put up is a 'talk' page, where you can, well, talk about the page in hand - in this case, the RW Series 3 Mod page :P
There's usually like a 'talk page' tab on the top of each page, if I remember right.

I would be fine with ACAMS putting ads on GTM to raise money to get people to be able to come. We could open a signups and maybe limit it to like 20 notable people
Like: *Insert list of names*
We just invite the notable people that we have NOW and ACAMS can raise a good some of money through ads to get us all to the meeting spot.
What about me? Also, if I ever know about such a convent in advance, , I'm gonna start gathering money for a trip to the US.
It's OK, Serge. We are 'special', for we have been designated 'ETC.'s,... "Extra Talented Coders",.....according to,... errr,... somebody......; forgot who (no baggage here).
Can I join you guys in the 'Etc' club? Of course, us Etc's have much more fun than everyone else
