I'm not entirely happy with it, but as I'm running out of time to get the damn thing entered, this will probably be my BBX HW. Wanted to do something unique but nothing sprang to mind, so instead this happened. Now to come up with an idea for the SHW.

I have a LW and MW ready to go, but I've been busy with work and haven't gotten around to sending them. Whoops.
Can't make a HW and SHW that I'm happy with either, still very rusty in building. But I'm home ill this afternoon so I'm gonna work on some and hopefully get them sent by the weekend.

Maybe there's some truth in the 'you're here forever' image. It's amazing what being bored as hell on a day off can achieve. Decided to build my first robot in about 3 or 4 months. I've had that worrying feeling of wanting to start building regularly again, because I'm capable of much better than this.

Let's rephrase that argument then.
If people can enter IRL bots into DSL-S voting contests, then there's no reason you and I can't enter DSL-S bots into IRL voting contests as well.
Yes, there is. DSL-S robots would be breaking IRL building rules, but nothing about IRL robots breaks DSL-S building rules. I don't think there has ever been a strictly IRL BoTM anyway.
There was a Replica BoTM just before it went on haitus. By nature, that had to be IRL.
