You won't find out until the videos/brackets period if it IS in any events (it's probably going to be more RIP2 concentrated).
Signups will be where people can, well, sign-up to those events that need people to do so (eg Grudge Matches, Tag Team).

Papyrus makes me ill. But not as ill as Comic Sans. Times New Roman gets on my nerves too, but I don't mind Arial at all.
Century Gothic, however, particularly in bold size 10/12, is the bomb.
