Stopping the use of skirt hinge Armour in tournaments is easy. All it takes is for Click (or the host in future situations) to say "no invincible (baseplate mounted) Armour because it's unrealistic."

Easy as pie IMO.

everyone will just try and claim its for another use then Armour.. I mean look at casters.. they arnt even meant to be Armour yet they are used that way. to many resrictions would have to be in place.. ok for a one off tournament perhaps (like the IRL one that never happened) but not for regular building.. its to hard.

of coarse there is an easy fix for the skirt hinges being used as armour.... take away the odd collision or collision completely (except the white part) they are only an attachment method so they don't really need one.. DSL 2.2 anyone ?

with the wizard did you import your transperant gif images ?

then in the editor tab for each frame you can set a transperant BG colour

umm I liek png's but GIFs can work better if you made them in photoshop so just send them all

easy gif animator is a very good program.. but as I said above you must buy it, or they have a 30 use trial too

transparent PNG frames in flash should do it

I normally insert the first object and make it move across the screen

then right click, convert to symbol (or something like that) and then add all the animation frames in there

only thing im unsure of is how flash will go exporting the Gif 

Edit: just realized you use the forum to move it :P umm I have a frame by frame program thats really good.. but you must buy it... or you can send me the frames and I wil put it together

as I noted in Naryars showcase

skirt hinge armour realistic? no

can we stop its use? no

we cant have 153 nit pick rules over things.. that just gets confusing and ruins the game, FH3 used a base mounted half sheet as front armour.. but where can you draw that line ? general rules easily avoid debating IMO something I have considered for Backlash with the ban of anything but spinners.
