Off-Topic Discussion / Re: oh dear
« on: July 18, 2016, 04:11:11 PM »
Let's just hope that Naryar doesn't go power crazy again with his Global Moderator power again.
Where did that come from?

Also, I made a new thread!
https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=19143.0
Not on-topic. This has no place here.

Could you please stop bumping topics for no reason, please?

I know that and I wasn't serious when I said I wanted DevPro to get hit. Well, maybe a little serious ;-)

Also something new is being worked on called Dueling Book. Some people working on it are the same as who worked on DN. So that's something to look forward to for the DN fans.
Nah, that isn't legit.

Really sad that Percy had to take the DL for YGOPRO down. Kinda hope he goes back to making YT vids, now. I'm also on the side of YGOPRO when it comes to that vs DevPro, so I'm actually kinda hoping DevPro gets hit, too :P

DN isn't automated and it's only been down recently, along with YGOPRO after some cease and desists from a third party involved with Konami.

Be sure to show what robot you're entering with in the OP. How come you are playing in DSL 2.1 and not 2.2? Could you state the eligibility of cheatbot2? I know it doesn't make too much of a difference but please state whether hazards are on or off.

Reduced the signups slots to 16. Can I enter signups now?
Is this verification of qualification or a request? I usually prefer requests to go into signups to be sent via PM so I know for sure and so I don't miss the post in the thread.

There is but DN is currently down, so it's on hiatus.

I am deadset on it being a yearly tournament. Some people may actually want to learn or attempt to build in the given metagame for the year if they know they won't have another chance for another 12 months. Also, it may increase turnout and overall participation from stock-only and DSL-only people when their metagame finally does come around because they know they cannot afford to miss out on their specific metagame.

Will you be entering your tournament, Wen? Also, I'll create a poll for you, there's been an issue with that, lately.

Well, be sure to post the topic in Public Tournament Discussion, then. You can't start the tournament properly until you've got sufficient 'yes' votes.

I think an "official" gtm tournament held on a quarterly or 4 monthly basis would be a great idea.
It'd have to be yearly/every 12 months for it to feel like a grand occasion. I fear participation will waver if people don't enter on the basis that they can enter again during the year.

Problem would be agreeing on the mod to use
The mod used will be used on rotation. The top two mods out of the main three will be cycled through, hopefully.

And if I use titanium, it will be a HW, and then UnderWeight!

In case you are not already aware, DSA stands for Double Strength Aluminium.
I know about DSA

Why didn't you use DSA?

Ok, Thracker, thanks for the advice, but don't you need to build to the weight limit, if I use a nifty, won't it be underweight?
You use that weight to add more weapons/armour.

People will post if they feel they have sufficient advice to give you and they feel like posting it. They also have to see your post, too. So, just give people a chance and don't be impatient. You needn't bump your showcase after 20 minutes of no replies.

That's relatively old. Let me rephrase, then. Did you make this robot prior to your knowledge of DSA?
