Backdrops and wedged armor plates are great
as for your goal of making so IRL bots have a slight chance against DSL-S, that idea is not too bad
as for bbeans 7, DSL-S would keep the same style than the other bbeans

Those white plates you put on the side are crappy as armor, or anything in general, use DSL bars, they're found in weapons tab
the design is not bad but the problem is that the flipper may hinder the rack s'action unless you put like Critical Emergency has.
Also i recommend using the image host of the forum, it's on the home page under "Image Host"

They should not be banned in IRL IMO cause of several reasons 1- they're quite tall 2- forget about invertibility 3- they are too fast to be used an anything lighter than a HW 4- anything more than 2wd is too fast (unless you're playzooki)

Made this after 2 hours of RP farming:  4 l2 Plasmas So it can cripple/kill anything it directly hits, yet the special aim system is confusing me a little, it just need a bit of practice l1 s-type wheels (will upgrade to l2 after more farming) So maybe i can be of any use at tier 2 now.
