there is only one rule i'm kinda annoyed at, and it's the NPC fast limit, cause that will make most bots have very average speed (unless you go for E-Teks but they're so big and unwieldy), not to mention that NPC fasts starts to smoke upon the most insignificant impact, so IMO that rule should be removed

That really depends on how good the server is and also your connection to it.
And also the bots people have made aren't that big so if we keep them at that size we would avoid lag to an extent.
That s'me out of the window then, even if i had garry s'mad, my connection is too much of a pile of crap to stand a chance
