I am going to guess this is referring to Chocolate, the full-body hammer, right?
Chocolates splash wasnt anything fantastic though but yeah, Hammer only botm and everyone focused on maximum efficiency, walked away with a win for just trying something different.. JoeBlo did that pink-powered flipper, which not too many people voted for because it used pinks, so the giraffe won.
Firecracker came close in the end... it was just a little too "out there" I think for people to follow.. some proved / backed up results though I disagreed with Giraffe because a lot of people voted it just to spite the better entries...

Clearing the green lines before resizing allows you to use quick section or magic wand tools cleanly
worth noting that photoshop pushes up file sizes better then other programs but its clumsy work for this kind of thing so it doesnt make much difference

Cut the green lines/ insides out to a transparent channel.. then resize, then lay your graphics under...
I usually then bin the top layer and bleed out the images so you have smooth edges when you apply.
Just make sure you use multiples and maintain the same ratio when resizing the templates.

Not really, I'd argue that Dead Metal would beat Matilda very easily. Faster, wide stance, decent weapons...
I see your point... but an assfull of flywheel made short work of most robots.. Matilda was the only one really dealing knockout blows come later series.. others could put on a show but really did nothing...

I myself was hoping for more real life trophy trucks but looks like a neat game. Comes out in a few days, only a PSN / XBL download so dont expect it to compete with Dirt or Motorstorm. But seems like a really easy/ cheap way to play multiplayer offroad racing.. http://raceroffroad.com/

IIRC at the time of Matilda's rebuild, the tusk system was also changed..
I think it was along the lines of having them push up rather then being pulled up..
In all honesty, Matilda was the only worthwhile house robot in the end out of the original four (or dare I say all?)
