@Nary The problem with a single spinner is that the torque may throw the bot sligthly off course and cause issues with wedging things IIRC you had similar problems with the NAR AI Backyard Grinder
@Craaig tried the dark discs but then either they didn't had the right size or would be asymetrical with 4 teeth
@Redace but Arc Pounder was a single-arm thwack so it wouldn't match it all that much if i added another arm, and as for Ripblade, Nightmare style approach means far more easily hit stabilizers and drive, don't wanna end up like Aero Storm or whatever that IF AI MW VS was called

@Naryar: i know, but on the other hand, neither the DSL ai one nor the NAR AI one really looked that much like the original one, but if Redace really wants me to, i'll try to convert it into a more Nightmare style VS also got the other Scrappers bot remade: here is Backyard Devourer 1 Die-Hard and 2 Duracells, 10 mm alu, dual firebirds powering the weapons, 24 beaters

Stock AI pack project has appeared, huh ? well time for me to showcase some ironforge stuff 1080 Arc Pounder: Steel 5 IIRC, 2 Duracells, Blackbrid drive, tends to have the hammers pointing straight up and spinning that way as soon as it hits a wedge, until the opponents impacts it hard enough Shredblade: 2 die hards, don't remember the armor tho, kinda glass cannon, but this thing can send you fly if it does land a good hit on you

done a couple more tweaks to my tweaked BTTB entry, removed the outer most top casters and used the weight to switch to brackets again and add 2 140 cm extenders for self-righting, rotated all the razors at the same position and extended the curved parts of the arms by 20 cm, weight is now 798.something

just watching your hell raiser rebuild makes me filled with embaressement as it makes me think of the original, hard to believe it took me 2 years to go from making sh** like that to make something that is actually decent

Well yeah the E-wedges are meant to protect the DDT and prevent potential attacks on the top, but if they really such miserable HP then they probably will not last very long

Done some tweaks to my BTTB bot that turned out to suck balls widened the wheelbase, redid the hammer arms and added some blades to the wedges, i feel that it's less cool that it's other version, but at least it is not tipping 24/7 like a tower on a unicycle, i'm a bit concerned about the short reach tho also contemplating making an MW version

if i want the hammers to be lighter then i'll have to change from battleaxes to something else, which will defeat the purpose of this bot s'existence
