Ubuntu's got some new interface called Unity.....it's meh. I think it would work a lot better on netbooks but it's kind of annoying on larger screens. It's kinda slow in places too. Thankfully you are still presented with the option to switch to GNOME on startup, since I like GNOME.

Seriously. I don't get it. What exactly is the appeal of people with headlight eyes and chins that could be used as tent stakes? And when they talk they're too lazy to make the mouth have more than 2 frames. Someone explain what people like about these? Because this seriously freaks me out. Do not start a flame war please.
