Format: *Here’s where things get interesting. Instead of a flat “winner take all” bracket, this tournament will have two parts. First, all the entries will be scored by myself on a 0-10 scale, based on how well I think your robot exemplifies RA2 IRL. Points will be taken off for sloppy extender work, bad aesthetic decisions, and just generally not looking like a real robot. Custom skinned components will likely give you bonus points. Once these scores are tallied, every robot participates in a ten-round Swiss tournament. At the end of that, I will take your number of wins and add that to your subjective judging score. The robot with the most points after both rounds is declared the overall winner.
Dammit this was practically Tailor-made for TheRoboteer
TheRoboteer participation trophy league. Jokes aside, I like this concept, gonna be looking to see what to enter.

- this is extremely overweaponed, looks like 40 large beaters - the weapon sticks out very far from the main body - if you can get rid of 158kg it'd be a SHW

better than most of the bots in your showcase, but I'd suggest moving the hinges backwards so they don't stick through the wedge and make the wedgelets shorter.

I've just finished recording the main competition, so I am now accepting requests for exhibition matches through this thread, RA2 central discord and when the heats come out, in the comments on them. I will stop accepting requests when the grand final goes public, and at the end of heat F I will announce a special match. The ten most requested exhibitions will happen.

The splashes are taking so long to do bc of bots w/ long load times that I'll prolly set a limit on load times next time.
EDIT: **** that being the reason if such a rule happens, it just turns out some bots take much longer to load when importing than when opening in the botlab.
