TR2 looks insane, always seemed odd to me in fights IRL the flipper would jam open for 10 seconds, anyway, awesome work as always!
I think the flipper stays open while the compressed gas is still keeping the flipper up, and then goes down when the gas is released, so I guess the gas just takes a bit of time to be vented out of the robot.

Toon Raider is absolutely fantastic, as always.
As HB says, I think some people just need to focus not on what they won't get, but on what they will get. And that happens to be some damn good replicas.

If the issue is to do with contracts I'm guessing that the owners of the robots may not allow their robots to be used in the game if they are part of a rival company (Robots Live rather than Robot Wars). In this case I think the robot would not be allowed in the pack, irrelevant of whether it was part of televised Robot Wars in some way.

Looks alright, although the skin is pretty dull. Maybe if you wanted more power you could trade the srimech and just make it invertible?

Looks pretty cool. I'll probably get it on PC when it releases.

This one took far, far too long to build. Front: Back:

Those pictures are nothing short of beautiful! It's fair to say I'm far more excited for this mod than I have been for any other game ever.

Interesting control scheme, like playing an FPS game. Imo it works quite well for the spike bot, but the hammer bot's controls I don't like so much, just because I think the hammer should start up rather than down.

The robots I'm this pack are realistically powerful so expect a lot from the modern robots. Flippers will be your main worry when fighting, because there is a lot of them, but hammers/axes, spinners and rammers can leave you looking a bit mangled if you don't armour up and keep your front facing your opponent!
I'm very glad to hear this, as my only tiny concern with this pack was realism in terms of the performance of the robots. Really good to hear you are taking this into proper consideration :)

I quite like the first one, but the others look a bit messy to me.

Looks very nice to me. How does it do against HS?

Looks interesting, certainly. Not much to say so far, but what you've done already looks promising to me. I'll definitely follow the progress of this game.

Has there ever been a tournament where flamethrowers were compulsory? If not that actually sounds interesting, although probably only if you made it compulsory to make a hybrid. Only pure flamethrowers would be boring.

To be honest the untidiness doesn't concern me, but what does is this: Because if you had all my robot, you could figure out the results of each match before they happen.
I love watching these battles, and I actually don't mind not having the bots myself as long as I can see them fight.

Put them in ONE post.
But that would be smart and make sense.
Actually, it would be more logical to just create a general 'Games Chat Room' thread for general discussion of various games/games you are playing now/have recently played/games you enjoy, and then leave normal threads for games that are more widely talked about (see; Pokemon thread).
This sounds like a really good idea to me.

Is it stuck in the floor? I hate when that happens. Havok explosions are dramatic, but this glitch has nothing going for it.

That's awesome! You should reskin the shell!
Good idea, I'll give that a shot, and thanks :) (Image removed from quote.) made my green cheep toyish looking whit 2 eyes
That is just beautiful, mind sending me that skin? I took Lemonism's version and added working claws! Doesn't do much, but it's so cute...
Sounds cool, can I see it?

New robot using Tazbot's shell, here's Scuttlebug: (Image removed from quote.) 4wd, if anyone was wondering.
Aww, it's adoreable...
I want it. Fancy sending the .bot over?
Sure, I'll upload the file and post a link here as well. And thanks everyone :) Edit: if anyone else wants it, here's the .bot file: https://gametechmods.com/Robot_Exchange/DSL_MW/Lemonism_Lemonism_Scuttlebug.bot(My name is there twice because I didn't know the bot exchange put my name automatically :P) If I can get good enough at bfe the next thing I'll do is redo the chassis to make it a baseplate for the whole shell.
