It's back.

And it's more random than ever.

(Read the whole thing before posting/questions.)

Y'all probably know what N00b Warz is by now, but I'll tell you again for the new members.
It's a chance to take your old cruddy junk bucket robots and actually use them for something. You take a (legal) bot you made before you joined the forums and send it to me, where it will compete in a tourney made for robots of that level! If you don't have the actual bot, it's fine if you try to make an exact replica. Just no AAM, BFE, hax mode, yadda yadda... all the normal stuff. Also no cheatbot2.
However, I will actually REJECT robots if they are not BAD enough! You actually HAVE to enter in a n00b bot. But please, be easy on me and just send in a total stinker. This tourney is for laughs.

Chances are, if you think "Would Reier accept this? It might be too good.", your fears have ground, so send in a terrible, terrible robot.

Some things to aim for when sending in a bot:
Lots of empty space
Lots of batteries (yeehawww)
Lots of fail
Low weapon count and/or horrible weapon types

BOT TYPES/ARENA/Match types ------------------------

Bot type is HW stock. All you dudes who entered in NW2 CAN reenter the robot you sent in, but it might be lulzier if you chose a new one. Either way, no biggie.

This is where it gets interesting. To make this thing a joke fest, the arena will be
RANDOMLY CHOSEN EACH MATCH.
Yes. That's how epic it is.
So technically, you could get a Normal, TT or KOTH arena. Normal arenas are always Rumbles (except the final match), not Teams or anything.
Just all the lulzier.

Matches are like NW3, Rumbles all the way until the final match which is a 1v1. No losers bracket as always.

HOW TO REGISTER ------------------------

Send in an old stock HW robot, no Cheatbot2 and the usual. It needs to be bad. Preferably, if you can find a robot that you made before you joined, go with that. If not, make a replica as close as you can. Please no just making new pseudonoob robots (i.e. a bad robot you just made).
Unlike NW 1-2, I cannot just put your name on the list. You have to send me a robot with your registration (in PM, but post your participation in this topic too if you want), and I still might reject it if it's not nooby enough. If this happens, no biggie, just send in a worse robot.
Please AI your bot if you can do so. If you cannot, I can do basic AI so don't expect anything fancy. However it would help me out if you could do it.

Deadline is February 20 - but PLEASE get your robot in sooner than that! I'll start this thing ASAP as I get all entries so that's incentive to get yours in quick! Also previous N00b Warzes have filled up in like 3 days, so just a warning.

Oh, and to make it more random I'm gonna give each robot a dopey nickname.

The wedge is really steep and that bracket wedge is just in the way. Also, you probably should learn to stack those batteries to save space.

You are getting better though.

Oh, you can make that chassis tons smaller. Like those Z-teks don't need that much space, you can shrink it width-wise about 1/2 square maybe.
