I remember finding Jules on Hamachi for a game of RA2 right when I joined, and I've seen Mad about occasionally. SSG was still around too.

Their earlier stuff was much more along the classic punk vibe, but their newer stuff (especially their last two albums) doesn't carry the same sort of aggression or simply "fun" as older releases for me. 3126

Don't mindf early Green Day, but all their newer songs sound emo and stuff (IMO).

I've personally found only one album that hit no.1 in recent years to be any good, and that was Iron Maidens "The Final Frotier". Went no.1 in 7 countries and was still kick ass.
Same for me and metal. It all sounds the same to me.Meh, metal grew on me once I started listening to it enough. Naturally there's a huge difference between Iron Maiden and say, Edge Of Sanity, although I like both. 3129
Off-Topic Discussion / Re: General Chatter Thread« on: October 28, 2011, 05:55:23 AM »Some pop music is good.I personally think that it sucks these days, as the lyrics almost always have similar themes and there's no longer any sort of instrumental focus. Add to that an utter lack of experimentation which you can find in electronic and rock music and it's an instant turn-off for me. 3130

Not even the US congress is dumb enough to pass something that will literally piss off everyone in America.Yeah, but remember, the reason this got passed through the Senate in the first place is because the lobbyists are lining the Government's pockets But yeah, whole bill's stupid, I've been spamming pages on facebook about it. 3131

I'd like to challenge him, but trolling is stupid if your trying to show him up. Save it for the trolling thread. 3132
