Even I swallowed my pride and admit I suck at building, none of us are better than each other.
Define "better", when builders like ACAMS and Clickbeetle exist.

I skimmed through this topic a bit. The first few were a bit meh, but then I saw ROBOSHARK's one about stacking, and it made me LOL.
....Methinks we should just make a universal template for GTM Comic shenanigans, and then let everyone go crazy with it.

Take out the pinks and stack a second black into the first one. I was never good at stacking blacks. But ehh... Use Rubber wheels for popups, usually cause they have a lower ground clearance and dont "slip" as much as grannies or shinies do ......Sure. I don't like the rack of weapons, but if that's the hybrid you're going for then whatever. Is it effective?
As stated earlier, its apparently supposed to be similar to DSL EMERGENCY. That, or its like some weird claw formation. And yes, it is effective.

The ramplate would be better if it was a rack of weapons,
Lrn2build popups?
Ehhh... I wanted this to be more of a generic-flipper, really...
Yes, he did say that. Flipper is an incorrect term as this robot has weapons, making it a popup. And no, you don't want a rack of weapons on a popup, OR a generic flipper.
By "Generic Flipper", I ment that I wanted the bot to be more along the lines of something that would throw things, in this case, a popup(I guess?) Anyway, I had re-built it from the ground up, and this the current version: Yes, the spikes actually stick outward, as suggested earlier I should make the robot more like that, as a flipper/rammer. The wedges are amazing this way. Now the only thing I'm wondering, is what should I do with the left over weight? O,o (It has about 3-4 Pink Batteries btw)

It somehow beat Seism 13, and can last pretty long against Bounty Hunter too. The only real problems it has are with R4.
How on earth did it beat Seism 13?
Ripped the wedges off then Seism kept ramming me until all the ramplates were gone, then a fwe more hits on the chassis, and BAM! one dead Seism.
I always LOL@How idiotic the game's AI is. "Derp, keep ramming them regardless of me having no weapons"

HEY!
I'm 12, and I never trolled once. (Maybe my first few posts had bad grammar but still)
your name makes me think your 14 >.< and you actually listen to what other members have to say.
This post me think of YCM just now. Newbies who don't listen and post a 60+ card deck, ALWAYS think they are the best player ever. Its sad/funny at the same time
You're on the YCM forum too? I'm making a series of Pikmin cards on that site, look for "Pikmin Set" in the Media Cards.
Now you know one of the sites I spent my time on, before I got into RA2 again. . There's maybe 5 builders where I actually enjoy looking in their showcase,
Dang... only 5?

same goes for the the loss of many others people mentioned...
Because people hate it when a badass robot shows how badass it is, and then some random newbie comes up and is all: "LOL U DIED", and becomes the new champ. Its upsetting ;-;

Just tested the most recent version today. It can beat all of the starcore LW's (apart from popups and one HS), but sometimes, one attack can take off one third of the weapon setup in one blow, making it Mauler Dance. Any help?
lolmaulerdance Mind posting an image of the 'updated' version?

Ya Don't need the T Connector at the back Yes, we all know this. I need to re-build it slightly. The ramplate would be better if it was a rack of weapons Ehhh... I wanted this to be more of a generic-flipper, really... and use shinies But I like those gray tires D:

Maybe because it was a fail post... just maybe ??
Or maybe because after viewing the entire topic, only 1 image of a robot with magnets appeared. Fun-Fact: The Magnets need air. Also, I was expecting lightsabers, laser guns, and freakin' X-Mas Trees.

Blacks. I couldn't find room >___> Also, you could attach the razors at an upwards angle a bit further back, to make it a wammer/flipper hybrid, a bit like CRITICAL EMERGENCY in the DSL pack. So I work them to where they are like the sword-blades, except I use razors. Sure. And speaking of EMERGENCY: *goes off to edit the bot accordingly* Also, I'm really not certin you need the 30-or so kg to snapper load the drive motors on like that. Make the chassis a normal wedge box and attach them like that, you'll save...I'm guessing somewhere in the region of 20 or so kg with normally attached drive as opposed to snapper loading. Plus people can't knock them off if they get round the back of you. =]
I originally thought I was going to run out of room. That's why I used the Snapper 2. But I guess at least 1 re-build/attempt at your idea couldn't hurt, as I think it would give me some weight for weapons/stuff.

Wow. Contrary to popular belief, that thing looks awesome.
Because I have a fetish for using Snapper 2s. And its throwing power is amazing <3

IMO, Swords of Light needs a 3rd 'sword' attached to it.

Methinks people prefer snappers because they are easier to mount things on, and can eFFe glitch them for more saved space.

This thread is nowhere near as bad as some of the other threads I have been to. And all the invading 12 year olds would be nice.... Well.. Member count wise... Though they shouldnt post so many of the same topics, and actually make showcases like the rest of us do. (...Not sure if that would be a good thing, but ehh)
