2. Good point...I might, but to be honest I'm quite happy with it, plus If I have a smaller Chassis, that Saw blade will be harder to put in...plus, I was intentionally trying to make it like my drawing, so I dont really want to modify it.
3. True, very true. It's normally my own stupidity that makes me lose it.
But is that sawblade REALLY needed? Or you could just jack the bot up to be a Heavyweight and add more powerful weapons to it. .....As an idea

I didnt suggest pinks though. I had suggested he attempt a re-build to make more room for said black.

Because I think you can fit a lit more weapons on that if the bot has less empty space.

I think if you traded the iron spikes for razors, and then stretched the chassis back a bit (as well as make it a bit smaller), you could fit some more junk on that bot, as well as power it with Blacks.

A lot of chassis space reduction could be done here as well, and your wedges are a bit short. The chassis is as flat as its going to get. And you only really see all that empty space because of the angle I took the image. The wedges aren't that short btw.. I AM HEAVY WEAPONS SMORG, AND THIS... IS MY NEW WEAPON.

My Smorg Team now contains an awesome Heavyweight:  I have enough room for that pink battery, but the when ever I go to place it, it says "Cant exceed 800". Apparently 800 weighs more then 800. .......I dont get it. Regardless, I'm VERY happy with the outcome.

Took me at least half an hour to load the zteks, another 15 minutes to eFFe the razors (only the razors, the maces just went on after that), had to fix the collision mesh once, and fixed the chassis once too. Pretty much airtight.
beats the original Arcade so I'm happy.
You could maybe(I said maybe) downgrade the HPs or remove a mace or 2, and you could fit DSA on that.
