It's not exactly the cancer of GTM when two very large tournaments currently on-going (SoG and GTMRW) are IRL.

I don't know how much I have to preach this, but learning how to AI is super simple, especially with the abundance of tutorials out there. If you want a tournament idea done, it's fine if you want to simply leave ideas around for others to pick up, but the best way to get it done is by doing it yourself.

If I don't explain stuff that well, then I apologise for that.
Main Rules: DSL 2.2 - Strict IRL CruiserWeights (399.1-600.0KGs) I am giving 1 month for signups. This will either increase or decrease depending on signup numbers. 24 entrants are allowed in, with one entrant per person. This will increase to 2 entrants per person after 1 week into signups. I am capable of AI'ing your own robots, but I am not that good at AI'ing, so I would highly suggest that you do it yourself. I reserve the right to disqualify your robot for any reason, including if it is seen to be tryhard or if it is not IRL enough. If your robot is rejected, then you will not get a spot reserved. You can, however, attempt to enter as many robots as you can until you are accepted. In the case your robot is first accepted, then your robot can only be modified or changed once, so be careful with your entry.
Building Rules: All robots can have either wheels, treads or shuffling pods for locomotion. They must, however, show controlled movement. --Wheels and treads provide no weight cushion, but shufflers gain an extra 100 KGs for use. ----Shufflers can not use weaponry on their locomotion and at least 200KGs must be used on the shuffling mechanism. The nature of the tournament means that SnS'es (both standard and MeltyBrain) are banned. Clusterbots/Distraction Robots/Drones are banned this time around. Your robot can utilise modular weaponry and setups, but they must not deviate that far from the original design of the robots. --Be warned that I will give you a certain time limit for you to make your choices. If not, then I will decide your robot's setup, so be careful. Both versions of the DSC IRL pack are allowed. Cheatbot2 is completely banned. BFE and CF are allowed for aesthetic purposes. All of the in-game glitches are allowed.
Battle Rules: Each of the 24 robots will be randomly split into 6 heats of 4, where they will then be drawn into 2 groups of 2 where the robots battle each other. The winner of each set of 2 goes on to the Heat Final, where the 2 robots have to battle until someone reaches the Grand Final. The 6 robots then fight in the Grand final, where the robots will compete against each other in 3 groups of 2. The top 3 robots from each group will advance to the True Grand Final, where the robot who wins the battle wins the tournament. I am not disqualifying robots for havoking. In the case of a havok, the match will be restarted until there is a match with minimal havok explosions.
The Scoring System: Points will be gained based on the overall prowess of robots and how well the robots do in the events. Whoever gains the most points at the end of the 4 rounds will go through to the Heat Final/Grand Final.
Points System For All 4 Rounds:
Round 1: Dummy Destruction: 25 points for each Flip Test Dummy taken out. 25 extra points for all FTD's taken out. 1 point for each second left on the clock after all FTD's are taken out. Round 2: King Of The Hill: 20 points for the first competitor on the hill. 10 points for the second competitor on the hill. 1 point for every 20 RA2 points gained on the hill top. This score is rounded down to the nearest 1 point. Round 3: Sumo Basho: 1 point for each second on the ring. Survival gives 75 points. A victory gives 100 points, plus 1 point for each second left on the clock. Survivals and Victories do not factor in the points gained from how long the robot has been on the platform. Round 4: Duel: 100 points for a victory. 50 points for a victory that goes to a judges' decision. Round 1: Dummy Destruction
The matches will take place inside the RA2#T2 Tournament Arena. Each robot has 2 minutes to take out 3 Flip Test Dummies by any means necessary. 25 points are given for each dummy taken out, with 25 extra points given if all dummies are taken down, plus extra points for each second left on the clock. The match will end if the robot somehow manages to get immobilised. Points will still be given out depending on how well the robot has done, however. Grand Final Only: The robots only have one minute to destroy all 3 dummies as fast as possible instead of 2 minutes. Round 2: King Of The Hill
The matches take place in the Hilltop. Each match lasts for 3 minutes. Both robots battle each other to gain the most points possible. The first robot to make it to the hill gains 20 points, while the second competitor gains 10 points. For every 20 RA2 points gained by a competitor on the hill, they gain a point. The amount of points gained is rounded down to the nearest point. If a robot is eliminated, then the match ends automatically. Points are still given out to the competitors, however. Grand Final Only: In addition to the main competitors fighting, there will be 2 annoyance robots made by me. These robots will serve to distract the others from the main objective, but will not gain points. Here is the image of the annoyance 'bot used. Round 3: Sumo Basho
Each match takes place in the ClawTop arena. The match will last for 1 minute only. Each robot has to face off against The KillDozer, who will serve as the robot to take out or to survive against for as long as possible. For each second on the platform, the robot gains a point. Survival will give 75 points, while a Victory gives a robot 100 points plus extra points, with one point for each second left on the clock. --The points gained from how long the robot stays on the platform are not added in the case of a Survival or a Victory. Grand Final Only: The robots have to fend of 2 KillDozers instead of just 1 for as long as possible. Round 4: Duel
The matches take place inside the DSL Tournament Arena. Each match lasts 3 minutes. Quite simply, each robot has to fight against each other. The winner gains 100 points. In the event that a judges decision needs to take place, then I will be deciding, based on Damage, Control and Aggression. The winner only gets 50 points in the event of a judges' decision, however. In order to keep impartial for all judges' decisions, I am not entering my tournament.
Heat/Grand Final: Final Fight
The Heat/Grand Final matches take place inside the Ring Arena. The matches have no time limit, meaning that the robots will have to continuously fight until one remains. The 2 robots who scored the most points in their groups go through to the duel while the losers go out for good. In the event that 2 robots tie in their heats, then they will both go to the final. This only applies in the heats, however. However, in the event that 2 robots tie in the Grand Final, the robot pairings will have to battle in the Duel again. The loser of the duel goes out for good. The winner of the Heat Final goes through to the Grand Final. The Grand Final winner, however, wins the tournament. Extra Battles: Grudge Matches between robots can be requested inside the arenas that are used. You can fight whoever you want to, but there will be one grudge match per person. An end-tournament rumble will be hosted, where all of the competitors fight to see who is the rumble champion. --Each match lasts for 3 minutes in the Ring Arena. Finally, awards will be hosted once the tournament finishes. The awards will be revealed once we get to them.

You'd probably be better understood if you said Mortis, instead of Chimera. Also, that's a pretty big lists of bot types that are allowed. Isn't it just easier to name the bot types which aren't?
If you just want to host a tournament in which people enter unique designs or designs which aren't seen too often, then you are allowed to state, in the rules, that you can reject any entry you like, if you think it's too generic or is pushing the IRL boundary, and ask people to not be pedantic dickheads by trying to argue that their Last Rites rip-off is unique because subjectivity or something. You don't have to go through the process of white-listing and detailing every single bot type that you'd allow just so unfair ones don't slip through the cracks.

As for my next tournament... well, I'm probably not gonna do one. I'm a dirty liar.
GENERAL RULES: - Stock Middlewight - 16 Entrants - One entrant per person, but in the event that signups are going slow, I will allow people to send a second bot. - I'm willing to AI if you are not able to, but don't complain what I AI'd your bot or you will disqualified automatically (It will not change once the SBV thread is up.) - You cannot enter unless your bot is received and accepted. - I won't be entering as I will building some bots for the minigames (See Minigame Rules for more details).
BUILDING RULES: - General stock rules apply - Middleweight bots only (249.1 - 399.0 kg) - You cannot use BFE, AAM, Hax, txt file editing, etc. - The Rule of 7 Break is allowed. - AI parts are allowed, including the 140 cm extender. - The only cheatbot2 part that is allowed is the Flamethrower. - The only custom components that are allowed are from 090901's and/or Sage's Skin Pack and Madiaba's Smart Zones. - Smart Zones will not count toward weight, but you cannot use them to act as a ballast - Bots must have two wheels minimum. - Crawlers and Multibots are banned. - Bots will not be AI'd with Meltybrain tactics. - Interchangeable weapons and forms along with Multibots are banned. - I recccomend bots that are the best of your ability, so Jokebots, replicas, IRL style bots, etc. are allowed, but bear in mind that you will be at a severe disadvantage. - You can make an update once and only once (The only exception if it's a skin change or anything minor). - If an updated bot is illegal, then I will use the original bot you sent me.
MATCH RULES: - 2 minute length battles - 1 vs. 1 Battle Format - Best of 1 - Main Battles will take place in the Trauma Pit - If a bot does a Havok Explosion which costs the match for it's opponent, that said bot will get a free restart, if this happens again, that bot will be disqualified. - Matchups will be randomized each Round in 1-on-1 Matches. - You will earn the amount of points that you had at the end of every match. - The Winners of the matches will sit on the sidelines, and earn an additional 10000 points. The losers will have to fight for their life in a mini-game. - Survivors and Ghosts will fight among each other in their own respective groups. - Whoever has the most amount of points in their respective group will sit out for one round. - The last bot standing will advance to the final round (See Final Round rules).
Minigame Rules Losers will have to try to survive in the various mini-games. If you do badly at the mini-games, then I'll kill you, and then you become a ghost (Ghosts can stil win the game, so don't give up hope). Here are the mini-games you will have to fight each other in:
GREED: This will be the first mini-game
- You will be battling a bot in the shape of a safe. - These battles will have no time limit. - The arena used will be the Containment Cube (Reskinned, Hazards off). - The goal is to destroy the safe, but if you score the most or the least amount of points, and you'll be sorry.
SUMO:
- You will be battling a HW 8-Wheel Drive Rammer - These battles will have a one minute time limit - The arena used will be the Tabletop Arena. - Whoever lasts in the shortest time, or beats the rammer in the longest time will die.
CRAWLER:
- You will be battling a MW Crawler - These battles will have a one minute time limit - The arena used will be the RA2T2 Official Tournament Arena (Reskinned) - If you don't beat the crawler in any way, then I'll kill you.
BOXES:
- Once signups are full, I will PM everyone beforehand on a box to choose beforehand. - Victims will be fighting one of 16 different AW boxes with wheels. - These battles will have no time limit - The arena used will be the Small Arena (Reskinned) - If you are a safe player, then you will have inserted a bomb inside, if you are not a safe player, then you will have chosen a box to fight. - If the victims choose a box that has a bomb in it, they'll die.
KING OF THE HILL:
- This will be a four player minigame, and everyone will face each other in a 4-way rumble. - These battles will have a one minute time limit - The arena used will be the LumaZone (Reskinned) - Whoever scores the least amount of points in the match, you die.
DOUBLE TROUBLE:
- You will face off against two lightweights. - These battles will have a two minute time limit - The arena used will be the Containment Cube (Reskinned, Hazards off). - If you lose to the lightweights, then you die.
BLOOD BROTHERS:
- You will face off against MW Multibot Popups. - These battles will have a two minute time limit - The arena used will be the Containment Cube (Reskinned, Hazards off). - If they beat you in the shortest time, or you beat them in the longest time, your blood will be spilled.
SLAUGHTERHOUSE:
- You will face off against a bot surrounded in an extender cage. - These battles will have a one minute time limit - The arena used will be the Small Arena (Reskinned) - The goal is to tear off as many extenders of the cage as possible. If you tear off the least amount of extenders, there will be consequences.
CHAIN REACTION:
- You will face off against 3 AWs, 3 BWs, 3 LWs, and 3 MWs. - These battles will have a one minute time limit - The arena used will be the Robo Zone 2 Arena (Reskinned) - You will face each bot, 1-on-1, and if you win, you will advance to the next bot, with each bot getting gradually harder to beat. - If you beat the least amount of bots then you will suffer.
SURVIVAL: This will be the last minigame if two or more bots remain withing 10 rounds.
- You will face off against a SHW HS. - These battles will will have a one minute time limit. - The arena used will be the Containment Cube (Reskinned, Hazards off). - The order of who will fight the HS first will be based on your scores. - If you fail to survive or beat the HS, you die. - This process will continue until there is one bot left.
Final Round Rules: Once one bot is left standing, then they must escape alive. Here's how this will work:
- These battles will take place in the Ring Arena (Reskinned) - There will be a two minute time limit - The lone survivor must beat all of the ghosts to escape. - The matchup order will be determined by the scores from the previous rounds, from lowest will fight first, highest will fight last. - Ghosts will have 3 chances in lives to beat the survivor, if the ghosts loses all three lives, then they are out, permanently. - If a ghost manages to beat the survivor, then they can steal the body and they get a chance to escape. - Whoever is the previous survivor will also lose a life depending on how many they had before they turned into a ghost. - The last bot standing will escape and win the game.
In case anyone is a tad unfamiliar with what exactly this is inspired by, then take a look at this video as an example.
If there is anyone confused with anything, then I'll answer them in the best way I can. Please be civil about them.

Is this another invitation/euphemism?
I'm getting mixed signals, here.
Read the second part of that message you quoted for your answer, dear sir.
That's why I said I'm getting mixed signals. You say I shouldn't imply anything but you preceded it with another invitation.

'Swiss army bots' are bots with different weapon systems that can be changed for particular match-ups. Tornado is an RL example. Ro7 break was made by Serge and it breaks the rule of 7, a rule which limits how many components you can attach in a row.

This is now a rule: Major League Tournament Rules
From the day your sign ups are approved you have 9 months to complete your tournament
From the day your topic is moved into signups, you will have 3 months to complete your tournament. However, if a major league host wishes to have more time to host their tournament (maximum of 9 months), they may apply for more time by pm'ing yugitom. The amount of time they get allocated will be judged based on premise and intended size. For example, a tournament like this would be allowed to run for 9 months, whilst a tournament like this would not be able to have any deadline extension.
If you didn't read about this when I brought up a page back, the reason this rule has been put in place is so that major league hosts don't have more time to do a tournament that is exactly the same as a minor league host's. Obviously, as stated, exceptions can be made, you would just have to ask if it's alright in the 'move to signups' pm.

Rules:
DSL standard + DSC's IRL packs MW 12 to 32 entrants 2 entries per person. Gimmick: The robot's armor must have Plastic 1 armor and all components on the outside of the robot must have 2,700 or less HP. (Just for clarity, 2,700 per component. Not all at once) Swiss army bots: Allowed Rule of 7 break: Allowed BFE: Disallowed CF is allowed, but no components should intersect. All bots must have at least 2 wheel drive Cluster bots: Disallowed Cheatbot: Disallowed Casters cannot be mounted directly to the chassis. If a match is decided on a havok explosion, I'll restart until a clean victory is found. Judging will be based on damage, control, and aggression. Wedging does count toward aggression.
Arena:
To ensure maximum destruction, I decided to go with a more destructive arena. And what better arena is there for destruction, than the Blade arena!? .png) Tournament rules:When received, a robot will be given a score based on its damage potential. After the qualifying round, they will be given another score based on how well they did in their match. The 2 scores are then combined and compared to each other to determine both the seeding and wildcards. In the case we get exactly 16 or 32 competitors, seeding will be done on damage potential alone. 12-14 entrants: The bots will be randomly drawn with each other, then losers will be given wildcards until we have a field of 8, afterwards, it's single elimination. 15-16 entrants: Double elimination. 17-30 entrants: Same as 12-14 but with a field of 16 instead. 31-32 entrants: Double elimination all the way. My entry: Exposed wiring! Bye bot: Giganitblade 2! Entrants:
1:Guldenflame: Exposed wring: 41
