I have to say that OP have no manliness at all, as all the schools in glorious lands of post-soviet-countries have such toilets for years. Even the smallest kid could and still may handle that in this cruel communist world.
on the flip side, whenever the Jordanians had to use US-style toilets they absolutely could not handle them either. They tried to squat on the rim or something. It's just what you grew up with.

wiping your ass with your hand definitely sucks, but those toilets look nice to poop in. Like 09 said, our bodies are designed to sh** in the squatting position in fields you just gotta open up those hip flexors, reier, looks comfy.
It wasn't the squatting that was the problem necessarily, it was more the lack of plumbing that drove me nuts. And if you had like a pack of kleenexes on you you were set, I never used my hand
and the position wasnt bad either, its just the aim required and more the lack of knee strength I had for that kind of stress. I needed a handle to balance myself sometimes. It's way more strenuous than it looks if you've never done it before
