Nice work looks good shape to start off with and is there a link for the newer robot wars arena that was redone cause i only have the really old one and would like to give it a try to keep me filled in till this mod is finished no rush guys this looks amazing cant wait for the mod will be beast. alos would like the arena as thinking of doing a series sometime.

No there isn't a download link for the arenas because they are not exported yet. If your requesting an early release for the arena/s, or for us to send it to you only then the answer is no. It is Improfessional, takes away the quality from the full release and it would become complicated for John Findlay when he releases everything to the Official Robot Wars Website.

Anyway I might be back home tonight so I'll either make a start on Bulldog Breed or Noisy Cricket. Whatever happens as always I will keep everyone updated. :)

Witch Bulldog Breed are you going to do.

From this pack so far I'd be willing to place money on the newest one, the one on the live circuit. That's the kind of assumption you should probably make unless told otherwise :P

That's where discretionary extensions can be awarded, which are a clauseless extension for people who have faced issues.

We've already got that kind of system in place, as 'conditional extensions' which are generally given week by week as long as a set quota of videos are posted.

-Maximum 30 entries
-IRL
-I won't be entering

Building Rules
-Can have 2/3 bots sent in (I'll explain later)
-IRL so no things passing through things that shouldn't be able to be passed through
-Bots must look similar to each other
-Control test will be ran. So if your bot doesn't have controlled movement for 30 seconds in a full 3 minute match, you'll be rejected
-BFE is fine as long as it stays IRL
-1 judge burst for LW and MW, 2 for HW
-Multibots aren't allowed
-no stuff attached to the under side of the base
-No narmour, AAM, NCR Glitch etc that makes the bot unrealistic
-No Crawlers (Unless you use wheels instead of weapons, like this
-Cheatbot2 stuff:

Match Rules
-First to 3
-When one bot loses, it gets to evolve into the next version, then it will fight it's opponent (Which will still be at the version it was before until it loses)
-1 Havok restart, 2 havoks DQ'd
-Arena will be BBEANS Arena (V1)
-Helloface, yug1tom and RedAce are judges. Elementos is standing by as backup judge.

Limpet looks nice. With a better skin and maybe the track not colliding with the wedge it'll be excellent.

As for the BFE request, are you simply looking to make a chassis flatter? If you are, there's a good tutorial around or I can do it whenever during the next few weeks if you wanted.

Cool idea - I don't think it'd really be able to enter tournaments due to it's nature but it's nice. Perhaps experiment with the Hovercraft engine you can find  in cheatbot2 :)

You'll have to put an extra set of chassis points on, and when you do the top plate move the back 2 sets will be out past the back on the bottom, and the next set are above those bottom points, then lower the height of the very back points using BFE...
or you could just improvise using flppermakers which is 100 times easier.
